My ranking, based on what we got so far HTD > Cinnamon = Sylvia > MAC > VB >> HIAB

Kind of feel like the John-verse is BTD/P (the beer-line alluding to VG and the overall mood of crying on someone's shoulder cause life is hard) and the Jim verse is UV-related (the name being used, the man noone can love, violence) and then in the end there's the more mature Lana

I loved the first HTD snippet, I loved the parts that played during the livestream and this performance proves I was right. It feels like such a ... big and somehow mature track. We've come from the exciting BtD/P days with the Hollywood glamour, through UVs intense darkness, HMs stripped back artistic sound over LfLs messy semi-mainstream music. Now we're here seeing her perform HTD and it feels so ... full circle. So 100% Lana. Beautiful!

The Sylvia Plath snippet sound beautiful, really looking forward to it! With tracks like HtD, Cinnamon, SP and MAC, this shapes up to be a wonderful album

This "story" is as stitched together as those cringy texts people always make up with the song titles once the tracklist gets revealed.

Ok, if this will be a LfL situation with an incoherent record and a bunch of forced-features, I think I'm done with her. I was already feeling like I'm probably over her after LfL but VB, MAC and the HTD and Cinnamon snippets really got me hyped again. Although my music taste has changed quite a lot since I was a major-BtD stan, I still love UV and HM and listen to them evey now and then and BtD and Paradise still hold a special place. But I'm not here for another album where I have to skip every second or third track and where it's impossible to get into some sort of vibe cause it's just a chaotic mess.

I'd love a song like Hope Sandovals "I took a Slip". It's always had a somehow Lana-ish feeling to it for me and I think it would fit the direction she seems to take for NFR.

Get of your high horse, you have no fucking idea what music I'm listening to LOL. I'm not a "pop-stan". If you actually think Abel is the epitome of musical talent or anything less than generic, you are the unknowledged person here. Go listen to some trip hop before you bring it into this discussion. And I'm not "salty" about Abel, I think his music is shit and nothing that needs to ruin more than one Lana album.

Trip Hop? Don't even dare to belitter that genre by claiming Abel does it. He has sone rap and rnb influences but most of what he does is boring mainstream-pop. Not being mainstream-famous does not make his generic music any less generic.His voice is fuckin annoying and he is over-singing all the time to prove how "talented" he is. Let's not even speak about all of the over-production. All he can bring is another terrible track like LfL which is the worst offender on its respective album.

Oh god, pls no. We already had enough collabs with that shrieky, generic nuisance. The sole fact she featured him on LfL already downgrades the album. NFR seems to be a more artistic record, featuring his mainstream-ass voice and songwriting would really ruin that

The only thing I dislike about the snippets is the chance of the tracks being scrapped in the end. After LfL and the Yosemite-RBFY-situation, I can't enjoy thr snippets anymore

Cinnamon sounds good, so does HTD. MAC and VB were grest aswell. With HIAB being theonly stinker so far, I think we can expect another great Lona album and pretend Lust for Mess did not happen.
