the 1-2-3 punch of The Ending, Shy and Fade Away this album definitely does not go off as much as i hoped but it still made a fun listen during lockdown i've added Part Of Me to come straight after the title track to raise the energy a bit at the start of the album also i feel bad for long term fans who already had quite a few of the songs from this short album years before its release

we need those III tracks that didn't make the cut maybe we could get something for the one year anniversary of the album?? but then again i wouldn't be surprised if we got nothing new for a while...

I'm really thirsting for that Smoke / Welcome to Heaven track Makes sense if the song is called Welcome to Heaven as the venue Caroline performed the song at was called Heaven. Then again it could have just been a vocal tag over the song saying 'welcome to heaven' when really the song is called Smoke EITHER WAY i really hope it's not too long until we get Pang Deluxe. It better happen, has Caroline actually confirmed we would be getting a deluxe version?

i think m5 is going to be the make or break album for a lot of us. like a last chance opportunity to show proper talent again. looking back, my favourite part of the l+f era was the leaks, and PDCM ended up being my top l+f leak which i didn't expect. i was so impatient waiting for TNWWY and i loved TAOLG but for some reason PDCM just has the replay value for me and seems to flow the best.

i'm so surprised how much i love this album. i remember listening to WAP around the time it was released and although i was a little put off (especially because the only other Grimes song i knew well and enjoyed was oblivion) i was still captivated by the song and the lyrics i was always aware of when Grimes was to release the next song from this album but i never felt like going to give it a proper listen or i'd hear just 30 seconds without even forming an opinion (unconscious listening) so today has been the first day i properly got to listen and dissect the music and ... i love it. i think there is a good level of emotion in the album that i pick up on / feel and the production is so interesting will definitely be having this on repeat and visiting the other albums.

I'm still waiting for my first listen soon! What were the song titles from the leaked album? I'm too tired to go searching for them but i would be interested to see a side by side comparison of the leaked and released tracklists

i've always liked Too Afraid, never understood why it got so much hate (always seems low in everyone's rankings) anyway it feels less automated and i think it's one of the better song topics on the album it still didn't hit me as much as i expected it to when i had my first listen but i can still enjoy it

Are we getting a new song tomorrow? I'm confused but time will tell all.

justice for Hey Boy Hey Girl so it can be added to the list.

I didn't even realise the full Handmade Heaven demo had leaked. it's so light but powerful. it was one of the top tier songs from this album, and although i like the fully produced version i'm loving how delicate and down to earth this version is- very fitting.

think i found one of my favourites... Rhinestone Hearts (still don't understand why it isn't called Magazines instead, it seems more fitting)

ok but imagine if this did end up on L+F and it got a mv and the opening scene is the lady mentioned in marina book telling her about the 'TNWWY' concept. i don't have enough creative brain cells to figure how the rest of the video would work out but i feel like a storyline could be added rather than just 3 minutes of her lip-syncing.
