Thank you <3 Y'alls speed amazes me. Don't know how I completely missed these interviews Anyway, this only proves Lana should cover Toxic.

Anyone think Lizzy was inspired by Britney quite a bit? I've always thought some songs ("She's Not Me") give me Britney vibes, and today I was listening to "Early Mornin'" when I realized the breakdown is very Lizzy "I'll light your fire, your one desire / Pull on me, baby, and I'll take you higher (I wanna get with you)". People seem to think that "Put Your Lips Together" is reference to a 1944 film that Britney also got the line from for the bridge of "Breathe On Me", but isn't more likely that Lana got it from Britney? I know Britney's a bit more pop than Lana seems to have been into in her early years, but I think it's really possible that as she was trying to make a more upbeat pop sound in 2010 that she was taking a bit of influence from some of Britney's work. A random theory, but I've never really seen this comparison before.

It seemed that she was more so emotional about the virus situation, actually. Especially since people she knows have gotten it. But also, why couldn't she cry over it? She's been planning something for months, and this situation is causing it all to change. Of course she's aware of the gravity of the situation, but we can't fault her emotions over something so personal to her (even if its a minor thing in context of what's happening.) Everyone has cried or been really emotional about cancelled plans. I hope she's able to tour the US next spring because I need to hear these songs live with her.

During her Q&A livestream on IG. As always, the leak won't really affect her. Hopefully people are able to use this album as a distraction as the number of cases in the US continue to go up this week. At least for me this music has been a great escape.

I keep thinking that the US has not done enough (even as I live in a state that's in "lockdown"), but the news from the UK has been baffling. Way to many people are going to suffer for such ignorance. I'm hoping for best case scenarios, but the less that is done, the more it seems like we're going to have to learn the hard way.

Stuff like that this gives me hope that songs like Savior will one day leak (and sought after Lana songs too #JusticeforLifeIsBeautifulEvenIfIts2082)

Can someone explain to me how the lock-downs in Italy and Spain really work? A friend has a roomate she doesn't like, and she wants to drive back home in case the US starts to impose some lock-downs (assuming our city would be included). I'm trying to convince her (and myself) that a lock-down is unlikely and even then still isn't a "you can only be in your house for two weeks" thing that it seems to be--am I wrong?

Froot is probably my favorite piece of work. It contains nearly every shade of my personality and beliefs. I also just have such fond memories of the era and Marina during it.

It's really annoying seeing all the "the media is making this worse" talk. We have to make people take this seriously, otherwise more people will die. We have to take extreme measures, otherwise we'll have to shut down more countries like Italy. Of course the decisions being made are tough, but this isn't an easy situation or "just another flu". Ugh, at least we'll have Future Nostalgia to stream while we're all quarantined.

Remember when Barrie said Lana broke up with him over an interview? Wouldn't be surprised if she's not completely cut Sean off and they're in limbo. However, hope she's happy with whatever decisions she's making.

I am excited to see her explore femininity through a more positive lens. Hopefully her work with lots of women will mean that she experiments more with production and creates a more unique sound. My best case scenario is that it's ready for late summer and we can get lots of pretty flower visuals.

Anyone have a link to the writer's demo of Want To (sung by a guy with the bridge she would sing live). I forgot to download it off pico, and now I can't find it. Anyway, hope Physical is able to match or surpass Don't Start Now's position at some point. Every song so far deserves to be a HIT. This is shaping up to be the best pop record of the past five years.

I remember my absolute shock when she stepped out in Poland with her hair that blonde, mainly because I knew her hair must be dead lmao But I hope you're right and she's heading back to that in a healthy way, so that it sticks around for longer. Although I think the dark hair has suited her really well, a whole era with blonde would be incredible (specially with how "Lizzy" we feel the recent music has been)

Being in Chicago, it is a little weird that it's technically so close. I don't think it'll end up being a worldwide problem in a few months, but it's good that it's making people more aware of their health and probably will stop other more common things from being spread due to fear (at least I hope).
