I hope we get a big intro interview to the era like we did with Froot. The Line of Best fit got me so incredibly excited for the album, so I hope we get some official teasing from publications. Can't believe we're so close to the start.

When did she mention Sylvia and Bartender? Was it after January? I'm really interested in those first two tracks that she thought of as so amazing

I love the non-reverbed vocals, but I don't love how during the chorus her voice seems get loud during "don't look too far". It worked for Get Free because it felt purposeful, but in MAC it sounds likes bad mixing. Also I realize it's a tiny detail in a beautiful song, but I noticed it on the first listen and can't ignore it now.

I feel like we have this conversation with any type of leak but: Listening to leaked songs that were scrapped or old (or for that matter even a week before release) is not the same as this. Whoever is playing them, knowing full well people are recording, is not doing her any favors. Will it ruin the era, doubt it, but I'm sure it's a huge deterrent to her who's been working this past year for this music to have it begin to leak even before she announces a lead single.

Ugh, please just let her release stuff on her own terms. We're all excited. It's coming. No need to ruin it.

The actual theory is messy but the idea of this thread isn't crazy. I've always noticed that she's miles more close to her father. I don't think it's that deep since most children are closer to one than the other. Her mom might also just not want to be in the spotlight.

I wouldn't mind if she deactivated it during her breaks but had it up during the era. It's a great way to connect with us on some level.

The tracks we hadn't heard are cute. Nothing blew me away but certainly a nice pop album.

The main singles are definitely the best on the album TLIC unfortunately was the best sample of it. Everytime and Breathin are the closest to great tracks. R.E.M. should've remained a Beyonce demo. It's a fine album but 100% underwhelming. DW remains her best.
