  1. So, if this BOZ guy ends up being right -which he has, almost religiously, during the past months-, we're getting a whole new Lana album in two weeks?
  2. I'll go with it too. She has broken all the bridges to the mainstream during these last years, I don't see a way for anyone to relaunch her as a mainstream popstar as they tried with LFL.
  3. The only good thing about the chaos regarding this album is that, at least, she isnt announcing another new one instead of properly finishing BB/RCS/Whateveritwillbecalled, and before even releasing the first one announced. I wonder, though, if the changes have to do with pressure from her label to make it more commercial (á la LFL) or just Lana being unhinged.

Anybody who knows where to watch the dessert concert?
  5. Sorry to say that the fact it isnt colourful doesnt make it less painful </3

Or an extension of the SICK bass line! It actually reminds me of this, which is one of the sickest songs regarding instrumentals that I know of:

Hahahaha... I used to hate the album with all my heart as well, yet came to weirdly find comfort in it during these last months... Absolutely get you, anyway xd

To be human's harmonies are all over the song. I don't dislike it actually, but ye, definetly not the most creative practice (some other melodies are also reused -ILYBILMM samples Solitaire and Life is Strange, p.e-).

The whole song has hard Imogen Heap/Emilie Autumn influence on it (it resembles the latter's "What If" heavily too)

Was it that difficult to just upload a folder with all together...

Kinda impossible, given the fact that people have the album since yesterday at least. I think that the question is more about how soon it will leak from then on.

Can't believe this hasn't leaked yet. Quite impressed.

Last time I saw this happening was with the COTCC stolen vinyls, and once they were outside the factory, it was a matter of hours before it leaked and spread (10 days before the official release, was it?) Sorry for Marina...
  18. Nah, the september 5 video announcement for COTCC is still there. She won't erase a post with a logic reasoning behind it.
  19. I get you. Didnt actually enjoyed it that much mainly because of the things you listed here.
  20. Feeling exactly the same. I remember casually listening to her first albums when they were released (and I didnt follow her yet), and getting captivated by how much talent she had but also frustrated at how shallow many of the topics she was singing about were (more specifically, how shallow the perspective from which she was approaching to those topics was). Years after, I randomly stumbled upon Terrence Loves You on YouTube's shuffle mode and it just nailed down my stomach. I've been listening to her almost daily since then, and started to understand her expressive ways, even if I still thought she wasnt exploiting all the potential she had. HIADT was certainly an inflection point on that matter, and Wildflower Wildfire is just one of the best, most powerfully written songs I've listened to. Couldn't be more proud of the point she's reached artistically and cant wait to see where and how her process will bring her in the future.
  21. The second verse is one of my favourite moments in all of her discography. The beauty and the pain are just not depictable by words I know of yet.
  22. You are at a forum where the discussion is open, so if the manners you use are offensive, be sure I'll speak!
  23. There's a lot of actually illiterate people and that doesn't make them worse than anyone. Don't know how come you use that as an insult.
  24. I had not made that connection (the mother-wildfire one, I mean). It kinda makes sense. And would made the title itself a reference to how terrible the things have been in her eye regarding the relationship to her mother, Lana being the "Wildflower" that "lives on sheer willpower" while her mother being the "Wildfire" she`ll fight at all costs not to become. The song is extremely touching without even having made that connection, but once done... Damn, Lana.
