I still can't get over that either 1) there actually isn't a repress coming and all the signs pointing to one were just a mirage or 2) they didn't put it up for sale bc they're mad we were expecting it and now they'll release at 3:27am on a random Tuesday just to mess with us it makes no sense at least I already have it

Yes! I actually was able to order it from the Canadian store but I've been hoping it would restock on the US site. Shipping from Canada is literally twice as much as the record itself and their store is also so slow at fulfilling orders, so I was hoping to be be able to cancel it eventually. But that's good to know about the German store for anyone else who hasn't gotten it!! Edit: I don't see it on the German store. Maybe you mean the Spotify picture disc?

I'll be annoyed though if the repress color looks significantly different... my paranoia is telling me what if it ends up being slightly translucent or something, represses never look the same, I should buy it just in case.... but I'm going to be sane for once and ignore it

Yeah I don't get this at all. Lana releases more vinyl variants per album, yet everyone always complains about Taylor. Compare:* Ocean Boulevard - 7 variants / Midnights - 5 variants / 1989 TV - 4 variants Blue Banisters - 4 / Evermore - 2 / Speak Now TV - 3 Chemtrails - 11 / Folklore - 9 / Red TV - 2 Violet - 5 / Lover - 1 / Fearless TV - 2 NFR - 4 / Reputation - 2 *including standard black, which Taylor doesn't do anymore, but not including variants of variants, ie color variations from different factories

I can't find the Chinese version anywhere except on Amazon where people want $110+ for it. If it were like $20 I'd buy it, but no way for $100. I couldn't even read it! I think I'll get the Spanish one next and then that will be enough. There's a Hungarian one too but it's not a language that interests me. I wouldn't even recognize spoken or written Hungarian. There's also supposedly a Mongolian translation which is the most random thing ever... but I can't find it for sale and I doubt it would be a reasonable price if I did find it

They're actually all a little different how they place the translations in the book. The French one has the same layout as the original... photos and handwritten parts and everything, but with the translations replacing English. the original poems are all at the end of the book on plain white pages. The Polish one puts the translation after each individual poem. Sometimes it repeats the photos, too, to mimic the English layout. The Italian one is just the English version but with Italian translations of the poems at the end of the book. Edit: I totally forgot I was going to use my LDR selenite heart from the Forgotten Vibes box to hold the pages down to take these photos. Oh well, just pretend it's there for the aesthetic
