I love its production but the lyrics are cringey at times but the vocal layers and the harmonies Ring Pop is miles better and it's probs my favourite Cry Baby outtake.

okay so.... I listened to the album and it's okay as an album. not her strongest, but some of these songs are really good. my favourites are probably River, Violet Chemistry, Handstand and Jaded. While Flowers is a good song it lacks something as a lead single. I'm also a little concerned that Jaded and Violet Chemistry have not been used as singles either. tracklist is a little wonky in my opinion but it's not a big deal. The only song I'm not too into is Island but I guess it will grow on me.

If track 6 really is the worst song in the album, then we're actually in for a treat yeah it's a bad song but she has worse at least imo. half K-12 says hi. I'd be okay with track 6 being a regular-skip-but-sometimes-let-it-play type of track if anything else on the album is The Void level good.
