This is an unpitched version. I deleted the original pitched leak lol, but hope this works. Bounce (New Bridge)
-
I MEAN - they're doing more than Melanie herself to trying to get her some coin lol, but it's a 6 year old song at least it's something.

Million Dollar Man and This Is What Makes Us Girls deletion is hurting my feelings But French Restaurant was so pretty, I would've added it to the main album as a cute Japanese/Target bonus track (instead of Without You and Lolita, which anyways ended up in the deluxe lol) but YAS at DMD getting its pre-chorus!

repeating my unpopular opinion but I avidly hate Haters Anonymous. it's a cringey mess. 99 Tears was THE one from the EP. Traces and Sex Rules are great too. maybe 108 if it wasn't that repetitive.

ew no lol Miley's version is mid enough, I swear Shawn will be inferior than that.

Night Crawling is definitely a career highlight Prisoner is not terrible but i think it's way overrated.
-
i think it was just speculation based on the whiteboard as it had the letter MD in an upper corner. other than that, i don't recall any confirmation.

Thank you for sharing this. The literal rollercoaster I've experienced between getting excited and non-excited while reading the timeline is insane. I can't imagine that but stretched for over a decade (I discovered her towards 2016-17). Reading it all compiled like that, it definitely looks like Sky has like 80% of the problem on her. I don't doubt the label has stopped some plans (single choices, mvs, gigs, songs in the tracklist, involvement of producers/songwriters etc) but, a whole decade to stop her from dropping 12 tracks? Ma'am that's impossible to believe. The most annoying, besides the certainty of the several (This never happens) is the amount of times she said something was coming and of course was not coming, for any reason.

you're in for such a treat

maybe it was a premonition after all!!! OCTOBER 31 2029 CONFIRMED Y'ALL

TASTE! I never played Magnets but N&T and FC are definitely top 5 in MM3 sessions. Maybe I'd add Sirens to those two to make my top 3, with Garden and Tunnel Vision in 4th and 5th spots. Dragon's Blood and Void are pretty amazing as well... I am really starting to wonder whether either of these will be included in the hypothetical album.

the more i listen to this album, the more i enjoy it I also love the way it's organised. Lavender Haze-Maroon-AntiHero-SOTB make a great song run, same as Midnight Rain-Question-Vigilante Shit-Bejeweled. need to pay more attention to the deluxe tracks tho, been too into the standard since its release but the couple times i've heard the bonus tracks it's been great as well, they all seemed to click almost faster than the main album

not me waking up and literally running to Spotify after I dreamed she announced Descending for Oct. 31
-
the album is so good! I really like it, particularly the middle part. she really did that
-
right? i'm going to believe her this time and think that it's coming. but if it doesn't come in 2023 i'll just give up and accept she's a single/EP artist only (which is not bad! just keep it constant like in the last couple years)
-
ikr? however she never mentioned a bigger project. all were released around 6 months apart from each other, very randomly like, 'oh, here you have another song. this is how i've been feeling recently' and that was it. but afaik/as far as she revealed, no bigger project was planned

Okay so about a month ago was apparently the time she had as deadline for the album so I'm assuming it shouldn't take longer. + she released "Falling Back to You" as a single but it's not in the album because it was scrapped but she really liked it so she dropped it as a standalone single! Considering it's not in the album, I compiled all of her 2019-2022 singles since Borderline trying to make them flow nicely (some are too slow compared to the others) so this is a sort of proto-album before the actual album, coming most likely early 2023. (I really need an update tho, she's been silent - I hope it's because she's insanely working on finishing the damn record.) Garden Falling Back to You Butterflies Street Lights Communicate Hell or High Water Hours Human Unstable What If I'm Wrong Walk Away Borderline

yes, hopefully Descending, Mourning After and Pretty Dull somehow make an appearance at some point.
-
I do, but because I always get trolled thinking something is happening but no, it's just drama over and over. but now that I think about it, a better solution is step out of the thread lmao
-
i totally get your point but let's not forget that Rihanna's latest album was 2016, while Melanie released an album, a film and an EP in that 6-year gap (disregarding how mid is K-12, that's another story). It's been only 2 years since After School, even if her posts and Instagram updates have made it seem like it's been way longer. I was not fooled thinking she's pulling a Lorde and doing a 4-year space between each album. I really think late 2023 is quite possible. October maybe, but not before that.

lol i can't with that EP. literally the wasted potential. Million Dollar Baby Sleepwalker Belladonna* Ghost Freaking Me Out* Turn Off the Lights Who's Laughing Now* Sweet but Psycho (Halloween Version) darker instrumentation than the rather cute og version there you go, Halloween-themed EP right now to make up for the album's delay AND start getting coins from streaming. *if they wanted to include previously released songs so badly, they had Freaking Me Out, Belladonna or Who's Laughing Now right there. Literally the only song I think fits is Take You to Hell but it didn't do much numbers (neither Belladonna btw) so whatever. But no, they're like "nah, here's your EP. few songs that made better numbers and are not even close to a Halloween-soundtrack-like compilation, a couple album tracks, the newest single and the Tiesto collab. oh, and a cringey title + terrible artwork". they literally do not care for her she deserves better.

just when i thought the stupid compilation EPs were already over AVA DO THE ALBUM INSTEAD PLS WE TIRED

this is an absolute reach ma'am I'd call artists like, say, Carly Rae Jepsen, to have a big cult following. Addison only has 1 song and it was completely panned so I don't think that would be helpful for that following increase. that said, I definitely do think she should be given another chance, considering all those songs that surfaced. without the pressure of making albums, she could be a standalone single artist dropping songs every two months and i just know her material would go viral instantly. at least 10 of the bunch are pretty solid. Never Wanna See U Again, I Got It Bad, 2 Die 4, Lucky and U Had It Coming ALL deserve to be for streaming instead of, well, whatever Obsessed was intended to be.

I think Maroon reminds me more of Afterglow somehow, but Labyrinth definitely reminds me of epiphany now that you mention! Snow on the Beach also kinda reminds me of mirrorball, mostly to mirrorball's verses.
