I didn't know the lead single was coming today dddd. I lowkey feel excited for this album (as I completely missed the negatively-received Easy Lover). I also found that songwriting credits and lengths were revealed: TBA - Ellie Goulding, Glen Garth, Phil Garth, Stephen Kozmeniuk & Trey Campbell (3:12) TBA - Ellie Goulding, Andrew Wells, Anthony Rossomando & Tom Mann (2:57) TBA- Ellie Goulding, Stephen Kozmeniuk & Trey Campbell (3:08) TBA - Ellie Goulding, Andrew Wells, Anthony Rossomando & Tom Mann (3:40) TBA - Ellie Goulding & Greg Kurstin (3:52) Easy Lover - Ellie Goulding, Greg Kurstin, Julia Michaels & Sean Anderson (3:35) TBA - Ellie Goulding, Glen Garth, Phil Garth, Stephen Kozmeniuk & Trey Campbell (3:29) Let It Die - Ellie Goulding, Peter Rycroft, Tom Mann & Andrea Rocha (2:46) TBA - Ellie Goulding, Jesse Shatkin & Maureen McDonald (3:19) TBA - Ellie Goulding, Greg Kurstin & Julia Michaels (3:06) TBA - Andrew Wotman, Nathan Perez, Ali Tamposi & Brian Lee (3:38) TBA - Ellie Goulding TBA - Ellie Goulding, Greg Kurstin & Maureen "Mozella" McDonald TBA - Ellie Goulding TBA - Ellie Goulding All By Myself - Ellie Goulding, Alok Achkar Peres Petrillo, Tom Mann, Andrew Wells, Anthony Rossomando, OhYes! & Martin Gore (2:52) Apparently standard is 11 tracks and deluxe 16. And there's like tons of artworks and variants in CDs, standard, deluxe, vinyls, cassettes etc. She really came to deliver this era huh?

I'd love to see these officially released: I'm Not Hungry Anymore * There's Nothing Wrong with You * The Art of Letting Go * 'Cause I'm a Woman * Miss Y Scab & Plaster Water Under the Bridge * Demons + Angels * What I Wanna Do * Jealousy Please Don't Call Me * Double Life Absent Love * Hold Me - Eternity But probably the ones with a mark are more cohesive within each other lol.

Paloma Faith - The Architect (2017) I don't know if I did one for this album before, but I'm still bummed at how it turned out. It's unnecessary long although it has some true gems. The Architect Guilty Crybaby Loyal Kings & Queens Surrender Warrior Til I'm Done Final Breath WW3 Kiss of Death Still Around My Body Deluxe edition bonus track Make Your Own Kind of Music Deluxe edition bonus track

yes. and yes, i didn't find it at first listen but yeah, YSMR is sampled there
-
Upon 2nd listen, I really love it.

the way it's been roughly a year since we got the first mass leak from MM3 I remember putting that batch with a 'release date' closer to Halloween because that felt reasonable, and now, well, lemme go play the leaks again i guess

Blue Banisters - Post-Release Discussion Thread + Poll
Glitter Boy replied to Elle's topic in Post-Release Threads
whoa, a year really flew by i really love this album, it's so tender and beautiful. -
it's the files. several sound that way because they're lq/mq rips. Hopefully hq surfaces soon or the album is pushed up asap.

Okay True Romance got considerably better with a couple listens
-
YESSS so far I've only listened to the first half and it's incredible, bop after bop. I only wished some were longer, but other than that I really have no complaints. Of course, besides the artwork, so I threw this together yesterday and I liked it. Can't wait to finish listening the second half

Tove Lo - Dirt Femme No One Dies From Love 2 Die 4 Suburbia True Romance Pineapple Slice Call on Me Grapefruit Cute & Cruel Attention Whore Kick in the Head How Long I'm to Blame
-
the way i didn't even notice Shades of Cool wasn't there it's one of the album's most overrated tracks
-
I have mixed feelings about the album. first, the tracklist is a mess. How Long (first time listening btw) doesn't work as the last track, I'm to Blame was a better choice imo. I'm not a fan of the features. and there's like very high highs and very low lows imo. it surprised me and not for good. I'd rate them as follows: I'll just say it really feels like a grower overall. Hope it gets better the more I listen to it, but for now, I wouldn't consider it her best album by far, even if I really loved some songs here.

i need to listen, probably will today after work

For people in whose country it was already released, can someone please confirm whether Lana is credited in Suburbia? it still bugs me that it still appears in the Wikipedia page and I can't confirm myself because it's not available yet in my country lmao

I've never seen any of my faves live tho
-
AKA: Disco Born to Die: French Restaurant, Damn You (the piano version tho), Serial Killer, You Can Be the Boss and Hundred Dollar Bill. I'd toss Lolita away, add those and make a bigger deluxe ig Paradise: Wild One and Life Is Beautiful Ultraviolence: Fine China, Cult Leader, Your Girl Honeymoon: Crazy for You (the only we know ig) Lust for Life: Architecture, Yosemite, Roses Bloom for You and Serene Queen NFR: probably none Chemtrails: Yes to Heaven, Loved You Then and Now Blue Banisters: Tunnel Blvd (don't remember the title dddd)

Brightest Blue is no longer new it's her latest but it's been two years lol So is Halcyon Nights like a thing? I thought it was made up EDIT: just saw it's Halcyon's 10th anniversary it's a shame there's nothing truly new there though, just a compilation of Halcyon + Halcyon Days + all bonus tracks + some soundtracks so but glad it had its 10th anniversary edition at least!
-
it has to have been made up by someone random. unless they sampled something by Lana, which is like very unlikely dddd.
-
you're not alone sis, literally can't wait. All I've heard from this album is No One Dies From Love, can't wait for the full thing
-
aside from both being ballads, i don't think they're related at all but both are so beautiful, hope Death doesn't end up being scrapped
-
I might cave in because waiting TILL JANUARY since April is too long lol. kinda hope they surface soon
-
oh gosh if I thought H&H rollout was messy, this one's even messier ffs. Thank you tho!
