I think another point about this is how it was teased that only one of them would make the cut, wasn't it? I'm almost sure she said something like this... But anyway, at this moment, I'd just rather get new music tbh. Let all that stuff in the past waiting til it leaks instead of taking place of something new on a record

I've pointed this here before after a few listens over all the leaked snippets, I remember cuz I tried to place all the snippets together with the acoustic guitar version and I was like "ok the guitar version sounds way more produced than all of the snippets" I have just no ideia of how it would sound in a final state tho. I think all the piano demos\voice memos and stuff, I just never expected them to end as they did. In a million years, I wouldn't think of Casanova as a dance\house inspired track or Misbelieving as...the way it is LOL

I swear this live version from 2 fking years ago sounds more final than all the snippets we got & the guitar demo And thinking right now, it really would work as the album closer... ugh

Sometimes I think it's just "too much" to complain over a coment like "Tour on sale today bitches". She's still human and making that type of joke. Also, part of the few people she's following are probably part of "stan twitter" so she just think it's funny to...tweet. I feel so much better knowing it's actually herself behind the screen, making "contact" with her fans, instead of someone else pretending to be her and making those mechanical tweets. Also not sure if it's unpopular, but I have a feeling that she moved away from the "cinematographic-music-videos" to move away from the vision that people had on her from BTD, then, focus on the music. For some people, Ultraviolence is her peak "musically" but I just cannot see anyone saying that Visually BTD wasn't her prime. The music videos, the aesthetic, the whole thing was wrapped up and it was good enough to be seen as "PLASTIC" but at same time, it was the game changing and the mark that everyone got. Hollywood Glamour Vintage etc. Looking at Ultraviolence "Visually", West Coast and then Shades Of Cool were the begin of what she's doing today. Beautiful music videos but just packed in random some random scenes. Right Now I feel she's in a middle zone from Music + Visuals. The visuals are not ugly, that's good. It's just lackluster I guess so. Music Videos like Music To Watch Boys To, Freak, Love, White Mustang... they are all "Beautiful", but they just miss a plot, something happening... maybe cuz then it was turned into a puzzle game of remaking music videos. Unless she changes her mind for something "I want to go all visual", then, things will just remain the same and I don't think it's something her team can change...

The thing is: It was her choice to be like this...It's just lol She really mentioned that she was glad about being able to release a record every 15 months. And Ultraviolence didn't really take time to record at all. If I remember it all correctly, it was said that most of the work on Ultraviolence was Mixing\Mastering the record, it took over 4 months....While doing it, she started writing the stuff that later would turn into Honeymoon. Also we cannot forget how she recorded some songs from LFL just a few months ago coachella I have a feeling that Lana doesn't like to repeat herself\re-record stuff just to keep the... "energy of the moment". Like vocal takes... the whole "raw-first-take-means-the-most" seems to be something that she follows. Pretty sure there were some stories even from AKA and how she wouldn't want to re-record any vocal take for the record. I think it's just her way and it's not like she wants to change... More for this theory is how proud she felt of "Pretty when you cry" and "it was recorded in one take, no one knows how I felt while recording it.........." etc.

I don't think it's something we can blame her tbh like, it's not really an interview, but a Concert review.... I don't really think she takes all that stuff serious. The whole "Vintage Glamour" thing, I really feel it sometimes. It's just like it was described "Red Lips, sunglasses", the straight hair...I really get both visions of Allie. A big twist. From, just like u said, "Black Mirror Abstract Art" to "Vintage Glam". And I mean, Allie also speaks about this type of stuff in her songs... "VINTAGE" and "When\How" with "I love all of this vintage" and "I'm tired of trying to recreate your vintage girl"... I think it's somehow a inspiration, even if really subtle

Listened to Honeymoon the other day and kinda thought it was better than I expected. I think It's the type of album that kinda gets better with time and people will appreciate it more. The fact it came straight after Ultraviolence (that ended kinda...abruptly) was something that kinda helped the hate. People weren't over it yet and then Honeymoon came like a trainwreck and people still mourning til today. Deep down, it's a really great album. Maybe missing a few standouts\highlights that we do have on all the other albuns but still, it's great as a record in full.

All this time I thought it was a EH\TFJ outtake and it's actually a myspace demo I actually believe it then, just like "Give me the money" just popped into the internet one day with tracks that no one heard of... I decided to google around and found a thread from 2013 from DiamondGarden and there was this list Blackmail Deal With It Die Life Innocence Like China Dolls Net Curtains Not That Ugly Principles What caught my attention is... "die Life". This whole mess was brought up like... last year\2015? I don't think there was any confirmation it was really a song earlier than this, just fan speculation about it being the original concept for the second album and Marina tweets? and then it was confirmed that it was actually SOMETHING. I Believe some of these are actually real

I actually believe that the things were fake tbh (I don't think someone would have a song and then it wouldn't leak after all this time and all the mess that already happened after all these years) but at same time, there are few recordings\leaks we were never sure if they were really part of Electra Heart or what, so it's just hard to put them in a list with "24 songs"... and also, the whole "die Life" thing. She said it was somehow a unfinished song and also early concept for the album, but we don't know how much else she actually had for that concept, right? So, like... I haven't read any of Marina posts but I've been stannin' this woman since 2012 and I have this small feeling that she really changes her mind... a lot. I think it has been a quite few time that she have been thinking about this whole thing, at least since EH birthday posts where she said something about "Happy Birthday Electra Heart, You helped me with my identity\Personality studies". It has been a theme for a quite long time since the whole album itself was made of "personalities" and stuff. I think was just really like having a spare time and got this "epiphany" and felt inspired to write stuff that wasn't music. It's just awkward the way she decided to put this whole thing up and now retweets stuff like "PHILOSOPHY MUSE" I have no idea of how her "music persona" is going tho.
