Sippy Cup has some BRILLIANT lines, I don't understand how some people dislike it either...

The fact that some people hate Soap aka the best song on the album.....

Ordered the exclusive WKOM vinyl from Ebay Kinda upset that As Far As I Could Get isn't on the standard album, it's the best song we've heard so far lmao.

I don't hate any Lana songs really, but I never listen to Yayo, Bel Air, Carmen, Body Electric or Guns and Roses...

Lana Song You're Currently Obsessed With
AlreadyCoolest replied to LifeisBeautiful's topic in Lana Thoughts
Right now I'm kind of re-obsessed with listening to Ultraviolence (the album) all the way through. This might actually be my favorite album to listen to as a whole ever. -
I relate to the sense of melancholy that's laced throughout all of her music, yet also to how she still finds beauty in other people and things/experiences, especially in the concept of freedom and living a life that is truly for the purpose of honoring your inspiration and passions.

I think Young and Beautiful is hopelessly overrated. I like it, but the majority of BTD/UV is better

No, I really don't think so.. I remember my twitter timeline blowing up with "OMG ZACHARY QUINTO IN FREAKSHOW WHAT" but when I watched the episode for myself, I highly doubted it was him. Just a creepy resemblance lol..

Which Lana Del Rey Hit is the Theme of Your Life?

Blue Jeans.. Surprised me because it's never been one of my favorites, but the description seems to fit me pretty well! -
So I'm hoping to go to the Austin City Limits Festival later this year to see Lana, and I was wondering if anyone that's been to one of these huge music festivals (like Coachella, Glastonbury, etc.) could give me some tips as to how to get to the front if Lana performs later in the day. Would I just have to get to the front at the beginning of the day and stay there for all the acts until Lana goes on?

My experience at the Seattle show— just some FYI and warnings
AlreadyCoolest replied to drownsoda's topic in Shows
The crowd was like this at the Dallas show too... I wasn't in the pit, but I know that people in the pit were passing out etc., and people kept trying to move seats to get closer and were even shoving people out of their seats to take their spots, it was ridiculous... -

16. Guns and Roses 15. Black Beauty 14. Florida Kilos 13. Shades of Cool 12. Pretty When You Cry 11. Money Power Glory (I was really excited for this one but it turned out to not be one of my favorites...) 10. Is This Happiness 9. Ultraviolence 8. Old Money 7. The Other Woman 6. Sad Girl 5. Flipside 4. Fucked My Way Up To The Top 3. West Coast 2. Cruel World 1. Brooklyn Baby Writing out this list made me realize that I really do love all of the songs on this album in their own way (aside from Guns and Roses, that one just bores me lol), and the more I listen to the album, the more I fall in love with it. -

Do you guys think that Lana will come back and tour the US for Ultraviolence at the end of the year? I'm kind of scared that she'll skip Dallas (my city) if she does since she's going to Austin for ACL Festival, but what do you guys think about the possibility of another US tour?
-
I would totally be fine with Lana + James Franco happening now
-
I think that along with Guns and Roses, Florida Kilos is one of the worst songs on the album. I will never understand why everyone loves it so much.
-
I was really disappointed hearing Ultraviolence (the song) for the first time. The live version was much better.

She did this intro at my show too (Dallas) but the crowd/band was so loud that no one could tell she was even singing...
