The music is really fun this era, I wish people enjoyed it for what it was/is.
 
As someone who's d*pressed 24/7, these songs have been making me so happy and I love the aesthetics of the era. 
 
Also, I'm Emirati, and I've converted my driver into a Charli Stan, he always requests Good Ones (and his entire face lights up its so cute), and in his whatsapp groups, he sends them the song and video sjskjssjkksjs, it's kinda scary how many fans she has here. I wish she came. I envy y'all who've met her or being to her shows

For me personally, Charli’s approach to the 80’s/disco/funk/whatever sound, has something that songs like Don’t Start Now, Hallucinate, Blinding Lights etc. simply lack? All of those songs have a level of polish and cleanliness, that simply makes them less interesting to me  dare I say more GP friendly
 
maybe it’s her voice, but I’d honestly say that there are way more Charli-isms and quirks in all of the 4 tracks, than some realize tbh
 
or I’m just biased lol

2 weeks to go I’m about to crash I’m about to crash I’m about to crash

Charli is playing Glastonbury in June, it will likely be broadcast on TV and Radio. That’s kind of a big deal and the first festival UK I’ve seen her announced for this year, the only first wave announcement she’s been on is Prima. I’m hoping/expecting they’ll announce her later when there’s more attention when the albums out.

i think ultimately charli will most likely go back to experimental music, i never really considered her a hyperpop artist. she clearly still has a love for the experimental sound, she made xcxoplex/911 remix/etc very recently 
 
remember that this album was originally supposed to come out before what is now known as how i'm feeling now 

hyper pop means nothing and charli herself has never done anything too hyperpop-y (whatever that means) aside from HIFN 
 
N1A and Pop 2 were not hyperpop although still experimental, and I wish she'd go that route
 
plus Crash in and of itself is not an innovation and I think even she has no clue what she's doing now
 
 
edit: to clarify, PC music and hyper pop are not the same thing. Charli is way closer to PC music than to hyper pop
