Born Again? Definitely not. All She Wants still would have been a better second single closer to the album drop imo. FSN still has the best lead single status IMO, upbeat, radio friendly and gave a good taste of the album sonically. I love Born Again, but it wouldn’t have been a single at all in my eyes. NGL, I’m still mad Problematique got scrapped. It was a solid, cohesive record.

FSN was perfectly fine as a lead, it’s an upbeat track that has uplifting lyrics that also had a lot of radio play potential. (If it was promoted or pushed for radio at all). What else would you have preferred as a lead from the alleged track list?

Legit, at this point there’s 0 traction attached to it. It’s crusty, old and taking up a slot for a newer track

It’s kinda depressing that we went from a solid body of work to what feels like a mish mash of tracks slapped together to form a record… Like I adore Kim to bits, but it’s clear that all republic care about are streams and numbers and they’ve cucked her every chance they can get if it means they can push for more streams. (E.g. scrapping Problematique, teasing Alone for 6 weeks to mixed reception, trying to release Coconuts a month and a half away from its initial tease, slapping on unholy at the end of the FTB track list as a clear attempt to inflate streams.) She honestly deserves better

Disappointed but not surprised Unholy is on the album, coconuts being there and not FSN is random as hell tho lmao. Album cover ate tho…
