Everyone is surprised nothing is happening, and I’m surprised at the amount of people who are surprised even back in May when we got the first snippet I figured it’d be a June release at the earliest, and since the label just decided on a release date a couple of days ago I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s a mid/late July release or even possibly an early August release

The earliest I could see Tough being released with a preorder is next Thursday since that’s when her Fenway park merch is done being sold, and they aren’t going to have expensive merch and album preorders at the same time. but, that said, I also think they’re going to wait a couple of weeks to ‘cool off’ and I still stick with mid/late July. It’s not about what makes sense for Lana it’s what makes sense for the label

Henry Come On seeing Tough being described as the first song to be announced I don’t trust online articles, they usually know as much as we do (sometimes even less since we live in a Lana bubble) but manifesting they’re right so Lasso still comes out in September!

I just find it odd Quavo is the only one hyping up Lana’s supposed lead single I really feel like it’s a Quavo and Lana Del Rey track. Not a Quavo feat Lana or Lana feat Quavo

Quavo said “Tough soon” but then a day later he said his new song was coming “sooner” and it’s coming this Friday so I feel like Tough will end up being a mid/late July release while interscope figures out when they want to roll her out

i see where you’re coming from, but at the same time I’m already seeing a lot of complaints that Zelda is the playable character, so as much as I want them to fully embrace her, I can see why they’re playing it a tad safe..I do hope the cloak is removable, because in all the gameplay footage so far the cloak is up, but on the box art it’s not. i know we just got the announcement but I’m already itching for another trailer I’m so glad they announced this game with only a 3 month wait

I see a lot of people mad that Zelda is the playable character and they’re ditching ‘traditional’ combat, but I really feel like Nintendo did it the opposite way. I feel like they had the idea of echos, but weren’t sure how to put it in a game because Link always has a sword, and this gameplay gimmick feels perfect for Zelda! Of course now I want to replay every single Zelda game I can. (Which the only two I can’t play is WW/TP because my Wii U is in a storage unit)

Some random twitter account said that an insider on ATRL ‘confirmed’ the name was The Mirror, but there was no such confirmation on ATRL

There probably isn’t a release date yet They probably have an idea of when it’ll come out, but it’s up to Lana’s label to make the final decision, and until then we’re stuck in limbo. I’m expecting mid July at this point

Is the new song (which is not called Mirror that was a classic twitter lie) even a new song or just an into? The whole performance of it was like a minute and 30 seconds, and during the sound check it sounded like she was just repeating the same thing over and over again

tbh I think half of the reason it seems so hype is because it’s not a jack track if Henry was teased and she @‘ed Jack instead of Luke I think more people would be upset

I like Henry because it reminds me of Nectar Of The Gods, and that’s one of my favorite Lana songs
