Yes exactly!!! But I expect (more like hopeful thinking) less pretty and more violent. And without the cars and futuristic cities. The space theme kinda started with the album trailer but died with the Love MV so I hope she fully embraces it in the future if it's not for this record. There were some cosmic elements on FIILY/TG too so maybe it's more of a Rich Lee thing than Lana's tho

The blue dress in the empty pool pictures had to be for something. Hair done, full set of jewelry (even if it's subtle) and that beautiful dress... but maybe she just had an event (or a date) that day

And if we add the live versions the list is endless specially from the last tour where she had a guest almost every night My favorite is Why Don't Yo Do Right. I hope we get a studio version when she eventually releases her sultry jazz album

The studio video did look like a listening party cause we saw a lot of people there but they were just chilling. Maybe Jon is not involved at all but they became friends this year and she wanted to show him her album Or maybe it was a listening party for that particular track or session and he's indeed involved. Either way it's curious that she posted a video from that specific day but never posted anything else about this album process (other than a video of Drew turning music sheets and a microsnippet When we get the album without a title and the tracklist is just numbers from 1 to 14 Edit: Plssss I read "Now" instead of "Nov" so now my joke doesn't make sense

There's also some wave/ocean references in the DNC logo, the Neil picture and the emoji he used 🌊(assuming it's Lana related) so maybe it's a mix of both? Neil's style (when doing landscapes and not portraits) is very otherworldly so it would match very well the space aesthetics. Maybe she's doing something similar to LFL but instead of going the futuristic route she's incorporating natural elements to the cosmic theme By the way I just realized he liked (and unliked) another comment asking if it was about DNC so... It would be unlikely that his finger slipped two times exactly on those two Lana related comments

This would be a dream. Something similar to MAC/VB/NFR triple video would be so cool (but without reusing footage and instead having a separate aesthetic for each track even if it's just her doing nothing)

I wish she did something sudden and unexpected like for example change her Spotify picture to a new unseen picture from the album photoshoot (even though I'd miss Mex & Tex) Less than a week for September by the way

In the Jack photo she doesn't have her lashes and her eyebrows are lighter than currently... it's definetly not a new picture which means the album is done and coming And yes I'm overanalyzing

I like it but it looks like an old picture heavily edited with a drawing-like filter and then printed But I also thought the BB sleve leak was fake and it ended up being legit so who knows Edit: I thought it was suspicious that the logo was exactly the same as the one from her jacket (so props to them) but with a quick google search I found that someone already made it as an image and it looks like the bottom part is edited to change the letters from DNC to LDR so it's probably fake

She has had lighter tips for a while now but they are more reddish lately so not as blonde and defined as in the Jack pic so I think you are onto something The only thing that bugs me is that her hair looks sooo long but maybe it's just the pose cause she's leaning forward Edit: I just realized what picture you were talking about and the highlights started higher (just like in the Jack picture) and her hair was also very long at that point... you're definetly right (unless she had her hair done recently)

The timeline is funny. We had some teasing last year right after BB, a lot in April-May but then everything stopped and now we have 2 instances of Lana in the studio back to back Maybe she finished the record some time ago but got really inspired by her recent travels and wanted to record some more stuff. She also talked about having a bit of a writers block so maybe that's why she took some time off (or just to rest cause Miss Lanita has been working non stop since her debut

I like to joke about Jack and I don't prefer his piano work but he does amazing with electric guitar/bass (Venice Bitch, MAC's last part, the solo on The Greatest...) so I'm excited as long as he brings out the heat for this record. Also just based on the diversity of her collaborators I know this album is going to be a serve I'm so excited

I'd only accept less than 12 tracks if she released it as a surprise or without any pre release single but since we're probably getting a couple of songs before the album I want at least 14 tracks

The first notes may seem a guitar cause it kinda sounds like a harpsichord (I guess there's some kind of effect there or just the distorsion of the recording) but at the end of the snippet it's clearer that it's actually just piano

I don't think the album is really coming that soon (I know about her digital only comment and I hope it's true but I don't see it happening sadly) but as long as she give us some content throughout and not silence I wouldn't mind a longer rollout from lead single to album (not more than 5-6 months of course). I do think we're getting something in September tho and even if the album is coming sometime early next year with a couple of singles and MVs (AND an album trailer) I'd be satisfied enough for the wait . I'd also really love if she slowly unveiled the tracklist through her insta (imagine each day a different selfie with a song name ) but we're probably getting that by messing up with her website code instead

I wonder if the guitar picture means something about the album sound or if it's just a random picture cause she liked the design on it. I would mind some acoustic guitar tracks (either slow tracks Sirens-style or beachy bops like Wayamaya or even a hybrid like that Yayo demo). As long as it isn't country... which I don't hate but don't really prefer

I fell asleep listening to the snippet looping and I think it messed up with my brain I don't know if it was an actual dream or my half asleep self creating mental images but I saw the album trailer and it was just a W Magazine BTS video with the Rockefeller song (she was totally submerged and came out of the water which doesn't make sense at all cause her hair was not wet in any of the pictures ). My mind was not powerful enough to hear anything else from the song probably cause I was actually hearing the same 10 seconds over and over again

I don't think they are a real insider but since they are always nice and polite I'd be gladly proven wrong (plus I like their descriptions

Maybe she means "Rockefeller, my umbrella" as in she feels safe and protected in NY? Or maybe it's just her automatic singing and it was the first 2 words that came to her mind the particular day she wrote it

The piano getting more intense when the second part of the verse starts makes me think there's going to be some kind of build up (even if it's just a basic piano crescendo) I don't think it's getting into Dealer territory but I definitely see an intense chorus (maybe a bit theatrical like Arcadia)

Am I the only one getting some eerie/creepy vibes from the snippet? I don't know if it's the 2 piano notes going back and forth or her delivery but there's something unsettling (in an interesting and good way)
