I'm still a September/fall truther but if it doesn't happen is cause she changed the whole thing around... I mean not even Tough made it

There's no way this doesn't become a huge hit. It's sooo catchy and I can see it being really popular with the general public since they love country-leaning stuff and rap/trap. It's not like she has anything to prove but it's always nice seeing Lana doing well

Since those looks and locations are nowhere to be seen in the Tough MV I wonder if the other Lana shoot was for her album She had two different outfits and hairstyles and she looked professionally styled And she tagged the MV director so I doubt he was around just to snap some pictures of Lana in between shoots

A nice little summer bop. It's insanely catchy and the bridge is heavenly (even though it sounds a bit disjointed the first couple of listens). The "tough......hard" part is the highlight tho

Lana's singles are usually worldwide releases so I guess we'll have to wait for US midnight (idk about east/west) so it's the 3rd going into the 4th. Or maybe she's releasing at 5/6 UK time on a Wednesday like she likes to do sometimes

It might end up in Lasso since they are both lead artists on the song but it's not the lead single from Lana's album I don't think we're getting the same Lasso that was announced back in February tho cause this sounds like the perfect lead and it's not happening The country album is blonde and gone

Yeah it was probably a demo she wrote with Clay back in the day. I guess she thought it would be a nice fit for a Quavo collab when the two met and decided to make something together. Even if it's for Quavo's project or whatever it sounds like a Lana song anyway

I am lowkey not mad about Lasso being allegedly scrapped I wanted an album this year (it may still happen) but I don't mind waiting more if that means a new non-country sound I'm sorry I love all three teased songs but if the album sounds like the new intro I can wait a whole year. I NEED those cinematic drums back. Trap beats and yeehaaw guitars can go

I'll take it as a little bridge from the silence to the album while we wait. Even if it's coming a bit later than September I still have hope

Okay the song is 100% for Quavo's album cause quavo.lnk.to/tough exists and lana.lnk.to/tough doesn't Either way she teased that amazing intro the other day so the album is still coming but it's going to sound WAY different from what we expected cause it looks like she obliterated any trace of country from it

It makes no sense to not have Tough on her album. Even if she changed direction and scrapped the Lasso concept, Tough only has a slight country tone and it's one of the newer songs she did so it's not like she's giving away an old collab from an already scrapped project. I think they are just trolling. The picture might seem new but it's probably a mix of AI and photoshop (cause they are conveniently looking the other way and their faces are covered by the light) and they knew saying it's not for Lana's album would make LB go up in flames Also... wasn't the date the 4th?

I think the intro song could actually be called The Mirror cause we always get a random one-time insider every era that gets something right

I feel like Lana would be promoting the song if she was just a feature Her silence makes me think it's her song but Quavo wants to promote it cause he's featured and he actually promotes his stuff

Unless it's a press release from her team (and it isn't this time) I don't think we get any new info out of these publications sadly It's funny that she sang the whole thing live but she hasn't acknowledged the song at all (unless I missed it)

What if the Boston Intro song is just an old unreleased we don't know about that she thought would fit at the start of the show and it's totally unrelated to Lasso It's really different from Henry and Tough but they are different from each other sonically too so who knows... (the last two have country adjacent lyrics tho). But to be fair we don't know what songs are for the album or even what is the album concept anymore

Yeah I know that a stadium show is a big deal but if she didn't do this for Coachella it's probably cause she plans on releasing something soon and April was way to early to play two new songs

It sounds amazing and so different from anything she's done lately but unless it's some sort of remix for the show it sounds like an album intro or interlude Or maybe it's the outro from an actual song (another 6+ minute masterpiece coming?

So is the second Tough snippet the chorus? I didn't want to get the whole thing spoiled but I listened to a couple of seconds after that from the soundcheck and it sounds like a verse afterwards
