Since Rockefeller was probably one of the last songs she did for the album maybe that means Jon Batiste is mainly producing the next one. She always starts another album while finishing the current record so maybe she wanted to add that one to LDR9 but we'll get more with him in LDR10/11/whatever we'll call it. But let's go a step further, imagine if she was teasing a song from that next album before even saying a word about LDR9 Maybe she wanted to keep LDR9 totally secret but she missed posting snippets

Unless they are now 100% sure nothing will leak it makes no sense to delay an album to have all the visuals and promo ready beforehand. It would be kinda the opposite and they would rush the release as soon as possible so we're probably getting the album once is done being pressed sometime around March. Maybe nothing is coming out this year and they still need to do some visuals (one of Neil's comment possible interpretations) so they could do that while the physicals are getting done but I don't think they will sit on a finished album for longer than necessary (considering vinyl already delays a release for months) Also unless she had HUGE plans for this era (I'm talking BTD levels of promo/content, which I doubt) I don't think it would take that long to finish up all the non music related stuff for the album... We know she sadly lost some stuff that was potentially related to the record but still... at that point the other parties involved were probably already working on it so it wouldn't be lost entirely (specially since Lana likes to have the videos ready before she releases her albums)

BB was an album she always wanted/had to make. She opened up about a lot of stuff, released it with almost no promo and finally put some of her favorite songs she had to discard initially cause they leaked. I feel like it's both a final chapter and a prologue of what's to come. So poetic

Yeah even some people here don't listen to the singles and I admire their self control so much The maximum I've managed to do was not listen to Dealer when it leaked

I always forget about the possibility of an album trailer Even though I'm dying to hear new Lana imagine if all we get before the release is the trailer with MV teasers, a couple of snippets and the title + date. I would die of excitement Even just 1 single would be a new approach/strategy since we always get at least 2 songs before the album. I just want to dive blindly into one of her records but I'll never be able to not listen to the singles so that's the only way

If the album is coming in March/April (which seems likely) they'd want the preorder to be up for at least a couple of months so she either releases/announces something this month or we're going straight to the preorder and lead in January Maybe she'll mimick Chemtrails release (well, without an early song cause October already passed without news ) and we'll get a preorder/lead single teaser this month (like @GeminiLanaFan just said) with the release early next year

I'm 99% sure we'll end the year with something even if it's just the title

Even if we're clueless about the whole album thing there's one thing clear: every day that passes is a day closer to the release (whenever that is) so let's celebrate that

I think (and hope) they just do the demos that way to have an early vision of the songs but she still records the actual vocals in the studio (even if it's one take). She posted a video with him in the studio so she's still involved (and I don't think her producing credits come from directions she gives in the voice memos... even though it would be so funny now that I think about it

I'm so excited for the FJM collab I hope it's like LFL where they go back and forth instead of a verse + some adlibs
