Owen Pallet did the string arrangement on Thunder. Don’t think Drew had anything to do with the production on Thunder or BBS(he does have songwriting credits though). Zachary Dawes did work on both songs which is why I would like to see him back over both Jack and Drew. I know Lana ultimately makes the final decisions, but Zach hasn’t missed yet in my opinion. Thunder, Dealer, BBS, and California are all very interesting songs.

Yeah it kind of seems like Lana is the first major artist he has actually produced for. I could be wrong though.

Yeah plus he produced WCE. At least with Jack there is the potential of another Venice Bitch. Hopefully Drew can prove me wrong though.

Insiders only let us know about the 3 BB singles a few weeks before they dropped right? Or did they hint that they were coming before that?

I’ve always wondered how Honeymoon was received among fans when it was first released. Today it’s still one of her least listened to albums, and I often see it show up towards the bottom of lists when her albums are ranked. I think it being the last album she released with cinematic production has a lot to do with it being more well liked now than maybe it was in the past. I definitely think it is a better album than BB or COCC though.

BOZ said the song won’t be released digitally. I hope we still get the HQ version some day.

Where do they mention Lana, Lorde, and Phoebe? The deuxmoi screenshot just says something about an announcement.

Lorde had a couple of vinyl exclusive songs on SP, and they were put on streaming a couple of months later. I guess the same could happen for this song.

How are some people so sure that her most recent albums are unauthentic? Has Lana said anything to indicate that? Artists are allowed to change their musical and writing styles. She clearly is in a more low key phase of her life right now and the music indicates that. Just because you can no longer relate to the music or don’t like the soundscapes she has been using on her albums does not mean that she is not being authentic.

I’m pretty sure you can still hear the old Thunder instrumental under the new version too. Half of BB was very poorly put together. Really hoping for no unreleased songs on LDR9.

Yeah COTCC and BB both felt rushed. Since she hasn’t really started teasing LDR9, it makes me think that it’s either really far away or she is going for more of a surprise release.

I feel like they could have easily gotten fake signatures for the BB ones as well. Something else must have happened. Maybe they put more on sale than Lana agreed to sign or they just lost them.
