The Lana silence thing is really unfortunate considering how it's noticeable from some of her posts - this is shaping up to be a really scary pre-release if most of our info is gonna be in the form of surprises so I hope she puts some effort

Chemtrails' aesthetic had a major focus on friends and family - and Blue Banisters is clearly gonna be all about her so it's gonna be interesting to see what she's gonna go for in terms of visuals (come through Nadia Lee ) I really wanna see her next to banisters or on a John Deere albeit make it glamorous. Those songs deserve an amazing cover idc but she could play with picsart for other shit but NOT the cover and I agree I know her ass is gonna play with different sounds for this album, considering the Amy Winehouse influenced bop hybrid "Text Book"

as much as I love "Hey Blue Baby' and "I Must Be Stupid For Being Happy" - I don't think they'd fit in with the context of the album (judging from the songs we have) pretty sure she's gonna go for some introspective songs like in Honeymoon though on a grander level. She could use those songs for her collab album with Nikki Lane, "I Must Be Stupid For Being Happy" is so good lyrically. Anyways let's hope for the tracklist and pre order soon!

Lana isn't taking the iconic sarcastic approach from UV to address the critics this time around: QFTC was her addressing those criticisms back in 2012 again because of the sudden appreciation for her by the media because of NFR! and when those criticisms came back to haunt her AGAIN (along with new ones) she probably decided the best way to derail her detractors was to tell her story literally. Back when the BB teaser first released we thought she was gonna talk about some guy but the fact that she's opening up about her issues with her parents is a huge step for her. This'll be her most personal work to date considering from the content of the three singles she released and it'll have the critics speechless.

here's the deal... I just reread the music week interview and when talking about DBJAG's lyrics she brought up her upbringing (which is a theme on two of the singles that were released) we can absolutely confirm that one of the two albums that's been confirmed as the one that summed up the last 18 months of her life is "Blue Banisters" - I take that her radio silence during the Chemtrails era and now was her just working her ass off in the studio for both of the albums. I agree that Blue Banisters is complete and she'll finally have that surprise release she always wanted (manifesting) but yeah LDR9 is imminent even when we get this album: it's both scary and exciting! Daddy Mike will hopefully deliver with the spacey synth psychedelic masterpiece on LDR9 but for now we await the poetic revenge masterpiece that is Blue Banisters
