Met Gala 2023 - "Karl Lagerfeld: A Line Of Beauty"

interesting how many celebrities will still not fit to the theme and dress code if they gave theme Red Colour we would see people dressed in different colours -
i had today wonderful dream about Candy Necklace MV. it was nothing like she teased (hollywood stars concept). in MV she met man who was serial killer on the side and organ & body parts collector. Lana joined to him and they killed woman together. later he took from Lana "worser" body parts and sew the better ones. during funeral/kind of spirtual satanistic event she started feeling worse and she run away. he found her at bathroom and killed her by axe and MV ended by killed Lana in sheets in bathtub where water turned into red. this was epic. i'm adding that there was strange footage, random scenes but still cohensive and this made video more creppier and eerie.

i know she has nice piece of material for LDRX. she ended recording DYKTTATUOB in August/September so i think she had enough time to record many songs. the same happened with actual album. ended recording BB in June 2021 and at October she had few songs which she knew they gonna be part of next project.

glad she's back hope she's gonna have great energy as well

do you think an "unreleased" album would be a good idea
palemoonbaby replied to Raise Me Up's topic in Lana Thoughts
not unreleased album. she has too diverse sound in her 15+ years carrer and putting everything in one project would make it really uncohensive. some EP's kind of like deluxe but more separate project would be good idea (like Melancholia: Unreleased, BAR: Unreleased). there are things which deserve to see the light and discover by wider population + she should sneak out unleaked things as well. -
for me original LFL fits to trailer where we have sci-fi spacey witchy gothy noctural and kind of churchy aesthetics. album for me was mix of witchy dark songs mixed with some folky stuff confirmed tracks that they were on album: -Love and 13 Beaches (both of them has horror heavy strings on opening) -LFL (6 minute version) -Serene Queen -Architecture -Yosemite -Heroin -Tomorrow Never Came -Get Free other tracks from this time fitting to aesthetics: -Beautiful People (demo from HM) -If I Die Young (fits as well) -Groupie Love (that alt version) -Thunder (i know that was for TLSP album but damn demo fits so much to original direction)

she even herself said it was originally slower.

i think Paradise was meant to be full album (not EP, proper lenght album) with tracks we have + ~3 scrapped songs. then Tropico was for me only working title to project she was working and to everything she got at these times. when she had bright idea, vision and direction what she wanted get into, "Tropico" gone. this direction turned to be OG Ultraviolence which was mix of spirtual dark psychedelic cult vibes mixed with folk and singer-songwritter stripped down stuff. when she thought UV is done she met Dan and history moment happened and we have one of her magnum opuses. to Tropico. she didn't want this concept completly not used so movie to Paradise tracks happened.
