I guess, I think I’m short sighted as her fan because I know I would buy the vinyl regardless of whether I’d heard the album or not. So I assumed GP would be similar and “first week sales” wouldn’t matter too much if overall the revenue would be the same

Totally agree, if you want to listen to the former then Spotify have a Lana essential playlist but to me her greatest hits are the ones that are barely known by the GP
