Did you know that there's a tunnel under Ocean Blvd - Merch & Media Drop
Olympia replied to Elle's topic in New Releases
First time it doesn't say "preorder" anymore, right? The new 7" stock for Candy Necklace and Say Yes seems to have arrived to the UK page. (Or was it only preorder on the US page?) https://uk.shoplanadelrey.com/products/limited-edition-candy-necklace-7-single -
I love how Kylie is nominated for Billboard Women in Music, one year after Lana 😁 https://www.billboard.com/h/women-in-music/

Olympia replied to Elle's topic in New Releases
Sorry if this has been asked before, I've checked page one but don't wanna go through the other 35 pages 🙈 - is there any possible release date for it? *never mind, just saw the quote above we have no info* -

Maybe there will be a few print adverts in this style? Since we have many pics in HQ now, you can easily get them yourself however. -
Lana Del Rey for the SKIMS Valentine’s Day Collection (Nadia Lee Cohen)

Very true but I think it is very important to realize she was firstly happy, and then the success came 😊 So this happiness is most likely something which came to stay, and it won't leave her when she gets bad critics in the future. I think she's over this period and pretty independent, knowing what really matters. -

I agree, but 1) still looks better than the other collections by them I saw so far and 2) I think it fits Lana's current style. So I like it in the photo shoot, but would never buy it, lol. -

Thanks, finally I got a clue why everyone was talking of Taylor out of the blue, lol. Couldn't see any argument between Lana and Taylor, but now I see the trouble were the Ks, lol. -

I think the items don't look very special or unique anyway, I'll gladly pass. They look really nice on her and in this photo shoot though, of course. Love the pics, but not the (style of the) product it's promoting. -

You're totally right, reminds me of Gil Elvgren whose style I used for a lot of LDR AI creations -

Yes please. I had it for a minute before the subscribe block started 😒 Lana Del Rey Talks Headlining Coachella, Her Grammys Noms, and Why She Loves Valentine’s Day BY CHRISTIAN ALLAIRE January 18, 2024 Photo: Nadia Lee Cohen SAVE There are few people worthy of an 11 p.m. phone call on a school night, but Lana Del Rey is certainly one of those folks. After all, less than a month into 2024, it’s already shaping up to be the year of Lana: The singer is set to headline Coachella in April, and she’s also nominated for five Grammy Awards this year, including an Album of the Year nod for the masterful Did You Know That There's a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd. “It’s fun because I executively produced it, like I did my last two albums,” Del Rey tells Vogue of her nominations. But there's more… Today, Del Rey becomes the newest face of Skims, fronting a Valentine’s Day collection out January 23rd. Modeling for fashion brands is nothing new for Del Rey, who has also been tapped as a Gucci muse in the past. The collaboration with Kim Kardashian (and her multi-billion dollar shapewear brand), she says, is especially personal. “I love Kim, and I love her family,” Del Rey says. “Me and my sister are huge fans of them, and have been watching them forever.” (The pair also have history: Back in 2014, Del Rey performed at Kardashian and ex husband Kanye West’s pre-wedding festivities.) In honor of the new campaign, Vogue caught up with Del Rey to talk why she loves Skims, what she thinks about Valentine’s Day—“I'm sentimental, so of course I'm going to love Valentine's Day!”—as well as creating one of the most celebrated albums of the year. Plus, a bit on what fans can expect from her upcoming Coachella set, too. -

😂 At least we got professional pics this time, lol. I adore this photographer. The retouching looks a bit overdone though. -
She should have dropped about 50% of the album, including some of the leaks instead, and then we would have an amazing and cohesive album... I'd only keep 5 songs: padam, tension, things we do for love, story, Vegas High, then I'd add running, Vegas Baby, drum and some more

Very interesting article, not only for Kylie lovers, but also for Lana fans and everyone. About marketing music nowadays, in 1000 different ways (and vinyl covers 😂) , lol https://www.fastcompany.com/91009040/kylie-minogues-album-shows-that-its-not-enough-to-just-have-great-album-art-anymore?fbclid=IwAR0g4yjTVU5fXDD5I109_39fnZ9jHTrzltUrVqzRCnHVf7d-vAdFbeiiYWU

😂👍 No problem. I was only really confused, lol
-
But which song did you talk about?
-
Wait, what did I miss, please? New song?
-
Thanks. Good for him, but bad for us (our bank accounts) I guess 😅
-
Has his account on insta been hacked or what means this bitcoin sign?
-
Omg. I don't know the series but are there many Nick Cave songs on it? Totally different genre, I am totally list with the 9 versions of the upcoming JLo vinyl, lol. Can't decide. As usually, the best covers have the ugliest vinyl versions 😳

My trouble with it that there are too many other people singing in it 😅 Maybe that's other people's trouble, too. One of my favorites by her. I love every song (especially yosemite, wild at heart, dance till we die and Chemtrails), only wished breaking up slowly was a solo version. I love this strong, self-confident and happy Lana. The album has the lyrics I can most relate to from her albums, and I love the wandering theme. Would love more in this style, with a strong country and folk touch.

This sounds like we can expect a new release this year! Including Lana I guess.
