Lana has always been an album artist rather than a singles artist which I personally think is amazing. She can make whatever music she feels like making and the album will do quite well because she has the type of fanbase that will buy every variant of her album without even thinking. All of her albums have peaked at either #1 or #2 on the Billboard 200 charts which is insane as she never promotes her music or even seems to care about it as soon as it's released. Basically what I'm saying is that I don't think she has any reason to try to get a massive single tbh. Her management would be dumb to try and make her a singles artist because she is already such a strong album seller when she makes the music she wants to make

Idk if this is unpopular but I really don't like the way Lana does her lipliner, it literally looks like she's gotten a ruler and traced it on her lips they're so straight and I don't really think it's flattering having the liner a darker colour than the lips

I get people don't like the mixtape format because it means there's no budget for music videos/big tours but Charli has found the loophole to let Atlantic let her release PC music so I'm not complaining. I for one would much rather amazing creative PC music albums with smaller tours and no music videos than albums full of basic pop/Boys-esque tracks with music videos tbh.

I really struggle to decide whether I think Lust for Life is one of her best albums or not because I think it has some absolute career highlights (Love, When The World Was At War We Kept Dancing, Beautiful People Beautiful Problems, Cherry, Get Free, Heroin etc) but then it also has some of the worst songs in her discography in my opinion (Coachella, In My Feelings, Change [love the song, but it's just too rushed and messy to be a career highlight], even Lust for Life to an extent). I really hope that she either takes her time with this project making sure every song is amazing and not rushed, or releases a long EP like Paradise meaning that she doesn't have as many tracks to work on and can release it quicker. No more rushed songs pls Lanz
