I had this obnoxiously tall person swaying in front of me. It wasn’t the best of the three shows of hers I saw last year, but I felt lucky to see her at all. Especially with all those storms. I’m easy to please, lol

That’s not the experience I had at that show. I think it was great given the circumstances. You could feel the emotion in her voice. She did not want to miss that show.

It was 52% 1-hour 48% reschedule I seriously contemplated going, but it was going to cost over $1,000 and there would have been no way I could have extended it to the Saturday date, so I feel the pain of the fans who flew in. But it is still wet and miserable there, even if the lightning is over. It’s a lose-lose situation. If she reschedules, she should totally have it professionally filmed and released 🙏

Looks like the lightning is probably over on radar and the rain should be letting up some soon. Not sure what’s worse, a half show or a rescheduled show where a large chunk of the fans who initially had tickets, cannot attend

My Lana concert in Dallas last year was partially ruined and I’m supposed to see PVRIS there on July 7th. I already had the other concert I was supposed to go to this year back in may postponed until October. It’s not a good year for weather. (Texas is getting hit with a tropical storm and it could be a real bad hurricane season)

This. There are actually some breaks in the rain to the west, but it’s going to be wet for the next couple hours. Will they consider letting her play when the lightning stops? The bad stuff will be over in the next 20-30 minutes.

Well, the back edge is almost 100 miles away, so it’s probably going to be pouring for about two hours. The most optimistic way to look at it is that the lightning and thunder should maybe last 30-45 minutes, but the back edge of the storm is still way back near the Vermont border

Is it a noise ordinance? I know ball games are loud, but are concerts louder? I genuinely don’t know. She definitely needs someone better to consult. They handled the Dallas storm last year poorly, too. There’s a severe thunderstorm warning that ends at 9 PM for the area northwest of Boston. The storms are moving east-southeast at about 40 mph, so it’s going to go wayyyy past 9 PM at Fenway. I feel awful for all of you there. Don’t shoot the messenger!

I thought it was 10:30 PM? The problem is, the rain is probably going to continue past that. What a mess.
