  1. girl i wish but with titles like "Reflecting Pool" and "The Photographer" i cringe hard at the lack of effort the dude's put into making his fake track list ( rip faker dude (watch this become the actual track list.. lmfao)
  2. UV vinyl sounds great but skips so much oh my god theres skips and distorted bits and crackling in every song RIP the picture discs still look beautiful though
  3. God i love so much of her music, I think Kill Kill is incredibly beautiful, I'd love to see it or a reworking of it on Honeymoon, even though it likely wont happen. I'm crazy about the Ultraviolence album, too. Always have been. Funny thing is, that the girl who introduced me to Lana Del Rey who describes herself as a hardcore fan, refuses to even acknowledge Ultraviolence lmfao, shes so caught up in the BTD/P era, which isn't a bad thing.. but she literally wont listen to Lana's newer material... or her unreleased/demos.. RIP. her loss lol. Highlights from Ultraviolence for me are Pretty When You Cry, Florida Kilos, Black Beauty, Shades of Cool and Flipside. Oh god am I obsessed with Flipside. So many of the songs on the album are just masterpieces and so relatable (especially when you're an emotionally unstable 16 y/o LMAO). I think it's gonna go down as being one of my all time favourite albums ever, i wanna get something tattooed on my body in sort of like recognition of it, or just Lana herself, she's incredible I'm totally crazy about Backfire, Smarty, Trash, Last Girl On Earth, Million Dollar Man, Let My Hair Down.. etc I'm always finding new music of hers to listen to, partly because im so behind on leaks, but it makes it so much more fun to me, being able to search the internet and find SO MANY things i havent heard before, some of her songs are just brilliant. I love lanz <3
  4. idk when i hear honeymoon and think about the surrealist stuff shes been talking about, i think pastels, pinks and turquoise, and lots of summery flowers and beach vibes to the music, more surf rock / 'surf noir' songs a la west coast, happiness, and stuff i feel like the whole idea of including 'dont let me be misunderstood' in there is genius btw, i feel like its something lana can relate to a lot. like she sings of these songs, and they're based off personal experiences, but they're turned into works of art, theyre not 110% true to life, she goes for cohesive albums and changes the sounds and the lyrics and the vibes to make things work together, sure, the albums she's released are self-described as being auto-biographical, but that doesnt mean they're all 100% accurate, you know what i mean? but the media paints these inaccurate pictures of her, and i feel like this song is just, a way of clearing things up, like "hey, you think all this about me, because of the way i look, what i sing about, my image, etc, but you dont know me like i know me" type of thing? idk i must sound crazy explaining this. I'm excited for honeymoon.
  5. i cant breathe because its so true it sounds like she's possessed i cant breathe I'm listening to a hyena i cant breathe EDIT: theres this bit where she coughs and keeps going hollllyyyyyy shitttttttt I'm tripping
  6. i actually hurt reading this recent stuff about lana, it seems like theres been so much negative media about her lately.. from her dress, to kathy griffin, big eyes snubs, this, etc etc theres just a lot going on lately and i feel like if i was in lana's position i would be falling apart honestly i care about her being happy so much fuck them hoes lana
  7. constantly praying for some songs with a mainstream appeal bc lana needs a big hit so badly love her to death tho, and i will scream if i see kill kill on this record.. hoping for songs that drift away from the topic of love, which because she said she wants to go to a more surreal place with her lyrics, sounds like it could be possible, but with the album title honeymoon.. probs not. gonna love whatever she brings out though, i just want her to start promoting this album ASAP. I want her to either- name a new track, give a release date for the lead single or show tracklist/cover art in the next month, and in the next 2 months hopefully see our first single and music video tbh
  8. i am the worst but i want all the messy deluxes and exclusives with this album, so hopefully we end up with 5+ in different bonus songs released through various means.. and atleast 11 tracks literally all her songs on this album could be terrible and i'd still love them i just want more tracks lmfao

the second half of this song is so beautiful, and the way she ends it is really nice, lyrically. I like this one a lot, wow!
  10. where the lyrics here say "and I'm lonely" it sounds like "dont know me" ? EDIT: actually nevermind i have no idea really
  11. it has been 15 minutes where is the new zealander coming to our rescue with the full audio????
  12. if it DOES appear on iTunes NZ at midnight, that'd be roughly 6 hours from now. if it appears on Aussie iTunes at midnight, 8 hours.
  13. i heard that honeymoon was going to be all about religion actually.. leaked honeymoon tracklist- 1. honeymoon 2. gangbanger housewife (ft. azealia banks) 3. let me drink your holy water, daddy 4. music to watch priests to 5. born to sin 6. love thy daddy 7. cannabis goddess 8. unfaithful priestess 9. jesus is my bestest friend 10. anal before marriage 11. wait for life 12. gates to heaven 13. dont let me be misunderstood (ft. pope francis)
  14. yeah thats true, some short records are really great, i can think of a few, too. and some of Lana's songs on Ultraviolence were a bit ehhh, Florida Kilos despite being an amazing track didnt match the album at all, Guns and Roses was kind of a pointless addition imo its kind of bland compared to the rest of the songs, etc. other than that the album is so cohesive and beautiful, but tbh.. i just really wanna see heaps of tracks from lana on this new album, even if like 5 of them are like guns and roses to me, idk.. i just need more music hahahaha i crave it
  15. Back on topic... I'm so excited for this new album.. I am still praying she includes Kill Kill on it, and i'd love a song that sounds similar to Put Me In A Movie... that 'soft' sadness of that song is so beautiful.. Do you think we'll get more or less tracks than Ultraviolence? Ultraviolence gave us 11 + bonus 3 + Flipside + Is This Happiness + West Coast radio mix (not that i really count that), I hope we get more with Honeymoon, although it's unlikely. I just love having lots of music to hear by Lana.
  16. Absolutely agree. I LOVE Florida Kilos, it's an awesome song, but it doesnt fit the album at all, definitely- and yeah, Guns and Roses feels like such a filler track, just kind of thrown in there to make the album a bit lengthier
  17. imagine if she actually re-recorded shades of cool with a more jazzy style for the album though.. that'd be beautiful but what's more likely is seeing Kill Kill on this album, so many of us are talking about it hahaha, it's something i'd personally love to see.. that song is so underrated.. if she re-recorded it for the album or just put it on the album as it is, i'd be so happy. it's such an incredible song.
  18. She put a short trailer up for it onto youtube, in a similar style to her older music videos (video games, pre-born to die music videos, etc) but the video released was very different.
  19. I think I agree to some extent, too. I don't want to say goodbye to the Ultraviolence era yet though. Still, I can definitely see her packaging the album has a "Ultraviolence: the Honeymoon edition" type of deluxe box set with art prints and vinyls and whatnot, it would give her a way to finally release her original music video idea for West Coast, and the unreleased one for Pretty When You Cry too, as a disc exclusive with "The Videos" like what she did for Born To Die's Paradise edition box set. She seems completely done with promoting this era, this tour just kind of feels like it's that typical thing singers do every so often, it doesnt FEEL like she's continuing the Ultraviolence era? maybe thats just me. It's weird. On an unrelated note, do any of you think she'll release a music video for Big Eyes? I would have thought she had, and if not now, the window of opportunity is closing and i'd say the latest she would post one is in the next 2 weeks, honestly.
  20. Do any of you think it will end up as something like "Ultraviolence: the Honeymoon edition" ? i think it would make sense to package them like that, especially because of the stark contrasts between the ideas painted in both (assuming honeymoon is greatly inspired by Lana's new boyfriend, as Ultraviolence was inspired by her hardships with Barrie), what do you guys think?
