I’m still anticipating it to be September. Glad she brought it up and semi addressed it but I’m not fully relying on what she said. Not that it’s the case but I can def see her saying that to curb everyone’s anger and impatience a bit! Either way we are here! Whether it’s August or September the time is near. I’ll def feel better once a proper announcement is made. Either way I’m very excited to see everything! I’m really feeling August 16th or Sept 6th if we are going to throw out specific dates.

I can understand your concern but I don’t see this affecting NFR in that way. I’m sure this will be out before NFR is “planned” to be. If anything I can see the promo, press, and hype from this starting the NFR rollout or making it a more opportune time for release.

Ariana and Miley have never really been my cup of tea but I’m interested and intrigued to hear how this turns out. I’m just hoping this will be used as a means of promo for Lana to get the NFR ball rolling. Like title track tease, very big pop collab, and summer festivals... NFR has to be close! Probably setting myself up for disappointment but I’m ready! Glad it’s for Miley’s EP and not Lana’s discography lol.

Still best album of the year! Clairo is a guilty pleasure of mine! Excited to hear the new album. Especially considering Rostam produced it! He produced Hard Rain on Lykke’s latest album so I’m very intrigued.

Fuller Jazz exploration and sound! I may be minority here but I wouldn’t mind a full on country influenced/inspired album either.

13 Beaches is and will continue to be that song! It’s so perfect and beautiful. I really would love to hear the “BladeRunner” demo Rick has mentioned a few times. Maybe one day! Yessssss, agreed. People will always have bad taste though.

Eclipse’s post and comment on the post doesn’t necessarily imply Cinnamon. I can see how that would be perceived but to me it also reads as if he has access to her “unleaked” tracks again. Demos, outtakes, unreleased, etc. The road is long, the road is hard, but we will make it through lol! Either way I’m not expecting anything until September.

MAC is the best, period. I like all the released tracks so far but MAC is so special to me. Lyrics, production, meaning, vibe - it all works for me.

This has always been my interpretation as well. It makes the most sense and personally makes it more relatable for me. It’s def a very very personal cut, we may never know the full meaning behind it.

It’s like she is trying to tell us to find other shit to listen to while we wait lol! Like not directly but being like hey guys listen to this instead of thirsting over NFR. It’s not realistic! Titanic Rising is that album though. That said she still needs to drop the album or be more direct about it not coming.

It’s cute. Love when the beat kicks in! I love Lykke and thought her venture into a diff sound w SSSS was great but on initial listen with this I’m underwhelmed. It sounds like a Dua song, just feels a bit generic. Maybe it’ll grow on me though and it’s always nice to have more music. I’ll give it some more spins and see how it sits.

If the whole estate issue is the case then it could be because of Lana’s popularity and exposure! What was that other bands name, I don’t even remember and I’m sure they wouldn’t be getting as much publicity as Lana. It could have flown under the radar and the “fucking” part may be an issue. I’ve hypothesized the whole estate holding it back before and it is believable but at the same time I don’t fucking know anymore lol! It could be any of the reasons we’ve gone over or a combination of diff ones. Once finally released and the album cycle has been completed I look forward to interviews in the future that enlighten the whole workings of this slow album release! Kind of like the Dan interview about UV! Hopefully we get some insight cause I’m sure there is a lot happening behind the scenes!
