I think Waimea hasn't been mentioned yet, I love this bit: I remember we came in May And we changed our names to Lana and Ray We'd be up 'til the sun rosé, I'm in gold lamé, your pink floral haze I think her lyrics were somewhat stronger in her unreleased songs. Waimea, The man I love, 1949, Pin up galore etc, that's my favourite style of Lana's songs. They are ofter very simple, but they still conjure these eerie atmospheres.

Alright back on topic, I can't believe the album comes out in less than a month. I'm still loving Honeymoon so much, it's so dreamy and ethereal, such a beautiful song. Terrence is also wonderful, the instrumental is so good, the intro alone is goosebump-inducing.

It works with Skype as well. I'm from Europe and was able to call. You just need to select the country before entering the number. I like that she did this, a band I listen to used to do something similar, lots of clues and hotlines. It's going to be cool if they actually change the contents every week.

This is pretty much the first time she released something that I super dislike. I give zero fucks about big budget videos. I liked Ultraviolence ffs. This is just so blah to me. I really wish I liked both the song and the video and fawn over them with the rest of you but I just meant to say her boobs are huge! Nothing negative.

Fuck, even the video is bad. It's like amateur hour. The half assed lip synching in the bedroom. The flop down on the bed. The running around a house, like what is this, a video or a house tour. I'm just saying that if you expect her to suddenly go out of her way to promote and be a media darling you'll very likely be disappointed, it's just not likely. I'm not exactly happy with how Ultraviolence panned out but it had nothing to do with big budget videos, it was more disappointing that Intercope fucked everything up when she didn't churn out radio friendly music and she lost interest.

Alcohol and cigarettes aren't illegal though. The media is so quick to criticise her for the dumbest crap imaginable so I imagine they'd have a field day if this gets widely known. If what was said is true - that Interscope asked why she'll be singing unreleased songs and she said it's because she felt like it then I doubt they'll be on the album, wouldn't Interscope know the track list in advance? EIther way, I'm excited to see what she'll play tonight, if the setlist will be different or not.

Ahhh! I thought it looked Metropolis-esque but didn't think it actually would be I love how her image is superimposed with the videos like the Shades of cool video, looks awesome. She needs to bring this loveliness to Europe as well. I might even get one of the VIP packages after seeing this setlist.
