still doesn’t quite make sense to me make them vinyl only so people get familiar with them, fall in love with them, and it’ll build hype for the eventual deluxe or bside compilation (a la the four hidden tracks on olivia’s album) and even if they did instantly put them on streaming… oh no! an extra chance for a hit! whatever will they do!

I’d say ultraviolence for sure, she definitely already has the material for it. the only reason i dont say lfl is because it sort of already feels like two halves to me? and then honeymoon and nfr feel like they did everything they set out to do. and then bb already feels like three different things

see you have a point here because i genuinely think id like the cover better if it was in a cohesive package, because what do you mean the cover is trolly rave poster but the inside is filled with a gorgeous photoshoot??? 😭 i also feel like she doesn’t actually commit to the bit like i feel like she often has to sort of make excuses to do what she wants to do 😭 like her coming up with the whole concept of crash just because she wanted to make a more mainstream pop record feels like it was just an excuse to make her feel more artsy while also not alienating the gays who only like her for her experimental pots and pans music like mama if you wanna do something, just do it!

REAL literally thee onnnly artist that i can think of who actively releases real b-sides are arctic monkeys like… big artists who only have space for a certain amount of tracks on an album.. why WOULDNT they release some of their favorite tracks that didn’t make the cut as b-sides?!? like the fact future nostalgia didn’t have any 7”s with real b-sides was so crazy given the amount of good material she had
