Still a great member, but let's not pretend that either of us quoting each other will not fall on deaf ears. It's nice that you feel like I care, but I don't feel the need to mention you every time I disagree with you No tea no shade, I still like you, but you will also never hear things how I hear them. Let's not pretend like there is not much else to do but quoting each other about our different opinions and perspectives. It's been a little over a month since she dropped the track, it gave everyone time to listen, analyze and form opinions. Unlike what little miss @God&Monster I don't think it's a love/hate type of situation, like I said I love the track, there are elements about the track I enjoy, and others more or less. So what am I saying that's wrong? Besides 'COCC' is a much better, more interesting single than the ever so dreadful 'LMYLAW'. 5

Liz Taylor Blues Posted March 5, 2021 Posted March 5, 2021 LMLYLAW is perfect. She really did that. Pure straight cut coke. It inwa what itbis and it does it flawlessly 1
The Greatest Posted March 5, 2021 Posted March 5, 2021 Nah uh yall will be proven wrong when the ominous and beautiful COCC foretells the disaster that comes at the climax of the album. It’s a good teaser. White dress is “maybe I was better off;” chemtrails is her leaning into her fame and fortune and losing the humanity she had in white dress; TJF is her being stopped in alcoholism and sex to numb the pain, and it goes from there 7
Dark Angel Posted March 5, 2021 Posted March 5, 2021 the feeling of being at peace & having a sense of eunoia, yet nervous, retrospective, and doubtful in the title track is just perfect 11
Vanilla Icy Posted March 5, 2021 Posted March 5, 2021 her silence is really getting to us, day two of baseless fights breaking out 23 i love you, but you don't understand me.

Dark Angel Posted March 5, 2021 Posted March 5, 2021 when i'm just trying to show my appreciation for the title track and everyone else is arguing 20
Churchome Rep Posted March 5, 2021 Posted March 5, 2021 When I heard the teaser, I thought the title track would be a commentary on how people choose to surround themselves in privilege while the world around them is in chaos. That was how I felt about 2020 so I was like OMG Lana is gonna voice how I feel too. So there’s a bit of emptiness in unmet lyrical expectations for me 7

Still good, but let's not pretend like this is her most intricate work to date just because she says "contemplating God under the chemtrails over the country club" and then proceeded to wax poetics about zodiac signs. This. 4 Just do it. Just do it - don't wait!

This spill. I love the song but I feel like she never fully addresses what the chemtrails signify if that makes sense. And with her talking about how the songs don't flow together perfectly in her interviews, I think that could end up being a problem critics will have. But there seems to be a theme of "things aren't the way they seem" with tulsa jesus *freak, dark but just a game, etc. 3
prettywhenimhigh Posted March 5, 2021 Posted March 5, 2021 I wonder what al*x p*rli*m*nt would be saying right now 15
Mer Posted March 5, 2021 Posted March 5, 2021 *insert pretentiously worded analysis of COTCC lyrics that are clearly a reach and bully others for their own interpretations* and await applause. 14 ⊹ (:̲̅:̲̅:̲̅[̲̅:♡:]̲̅:̲̅:̲̅:̲̅) ⊹ ?
