ALSO um isn't it entirely possible for someone to simply upload songs under any "name" they choose. It is especially easy to do this with non-verified profiles like Neros. Also, notice the slowed version called "Sweet Serial Killer" on his Spotify page. I don't think this is an automatic confirmation. But at the same time the cover art with her handwriting...
