i'm definitely gonna try out the turn vroom vroom into an album thing at some point soon

for now though i've been working on something else - been listening to a LOT of janet lately and i've been mainly listening to all for you & damita jo - those 2 albums are definitely complimentary to each other and i feel like they are the yin to the other's yang in a way - also they have a lot of filler - so i've been working on taking the highlights of both and turning it into a single album although less with the intention of picking the best songs and just making an order but more actually trying to make a realistic album that would've come out around that time

it's definitely still a work-in-progress since i haven't even touched the b-sides & unreleased of that era but i have a general frame for now - i'm going to post the work-in-progress tracklist as well as the slightly more refined but not finished frame that i'm going to try and fit the b-sides & unreleased into

i decided to rework it a bit from the "version 3" one so this is more "version 3.5"

i removed the more aggressive angrier songs because the album was really supposed to be her "upbeat young promiscuous" album and less a divorce album - i did keep you ain't right & trust a try though because they slap and i think they could still work with the theme
