Or it's them talking over background music - Margaret it's not just a Bleachers song she took (cause she has writing credits) but a collab for his album that ended up on Lana's record. - Peppers is midtempo/upbeat but not in Tommy's style (like not trap or electronic). The sample is just used as adlibs in the background. - She sings over the whole SYML song but they added more stuff so it's not just karaoke-like 15
