she is truly so stunning, and this dress is SO gorgeous

she's so real omg... she just received the visionary award but she doesn't see it as some grand theatrical thing. her day to day life is her vision, and she expresses it so delicately and dreamily in her music it makes it seem like it's all a fantasy when in reality it's all how she processes her life in her mind. her vision is unique and i congratulate her enormously for this award. also the "prom with the girls" thing, she's a breathe of fresh air in the industry.

Thanx for that! The glamour quotient was high at the Billboard Women in Music event for all the honorees and presenters, imo! So happy Lana turned up the glamour with her hair and makeup, so thanx for those links!

Lana seriously needs to drop a hair care routine! Them tresses are enviable!!!

Here is the routine which produced Lana's hair -- it's worth documenting! Thanx to Deadly Cruel Girl quoted above:

Get the look:-

Step 1 ?
*Dampen down the hair.
*Prep the roots with Whirlpool argan oil & green tea mousse and the mid lengths - ends with Swell thickening cream
*Blow dry the hair lifting up at the roots to create volume and smoothing the mid length to ends to create extra lustre

Step 2 ?
*Spritz sections with Skipper flexible volumizing spray.
*Using a large barrel tong curl the hair and pin into large pin curls onto the head and allow to cool.
*Sprint the roots with Pebble Beach dry texture spray and tease the hair using a fine tooth comb at the roots concentrating on the crown to create volume.
*Swirl the hair around and pin into place to secure the bump at the top of the crown.

Step 3 ?
*Continue adding pieces to create a half up half down look swirling and pinning pieces into the back of the head
(note - feel free to get creative here and swirl and pin to your heart's desire)
*Unpin any remaining sections and comb through with a wide tooth comb.
*Spritz the entire look with Skipper to hold and tame flyaways.
