Ahhhh, I barely use twitter anymore, so I had no idea. Can’t tell what’s true or not, someone else said it didn’t burn, but only saw one person claim that. 
 

I wanted to see it on my last Cali trip, but it was too dark. I barely got to the mural before sunset. Hoping it survives 🙏

According to the fire map highway beach houses numbers 19000-19300 were affected (or they could be)(https://www.fire.ca.gov/incidents) If you will look at the pic from twitter there are more burned down houses than just one. HBTB house number is 19562 and this house is seperated from the others. (19562 Pacific Coast Hwy, Malibu, CA 90265, USA). So HBTB house is safe... (I think so). Nothenless sending prayers to the people that lost houses in such a tragedy. Stay safe

The Ralph's in the Palisades she mentions in SportCruiser looks like it's gone though

I feel so terrible for everyone who has lost their homes

The Santa Ana winds have been horribly bad & then also the air has been exceptionally dry lately. 
 

rumor is- it started in someone’s backyard :/ then just that bad combo jumpstarted it

Winter air is much drier, especially when winds are coming down the mountains, rather than onshore. It’s just a bad combination of factors coming together. Even if someone is not intentionally trying to set a massive fire, it’s almost certainly human induced. All it takes is a spark or flame to rapidly ignite and spread with these conditions and strong winds. 😞
