It might  but anyway its not any important grammy award to be recognized. Its really cringe worthy how much success Cedric gets for this, like he even named his tour "summertime sadness" 

I really hate to say it but I don't see how the song was so successful. I'm not saying that because 'Lana's version is sooooooo much better', it's honestly nothing special. As much as I love Lana's vocals, they were layered over a crappy and overproduced beat. 

And him naming his tour the Summertime Sadness tour is just excessive.
