But seriously, she needs to step up her vocals to another level on the tour. Her voice is so sweet and beautiful, but she has to sing higher or more powerful. The song never really lifts.

I do agree with this but it was the 1st song so people were still going CRAZY just seeing her on stage after waiting so long. I think it would be better for her to place it later in the setlist.

 

And I agree about the awfulness of Terminal 5. I do think it sounded fine. And I could mostly see. But getting in there sucked. And getting out? If there was a fire we all would have died... much better setlist/show than SF but that venue seemed a lot more organized for double the size.

In London she didn't... all I remember what when she introduced Ride (something along with "we haven't played this for a long time, but this is Ride") and she also made a joke in the middle of it "Singing blues has been getting old - not really though!". And when she entered the stage, she was smiling to much because everyone were cheering so loudly.

Best feeling in my life. Gooooossshhh, I was crying soooo much!

 

Ok, a fan cam from when she entered the stage helps me remember: "Oh my god! Were we really here together on the release date(Ican't really hear lol?)? Thank you so much for being with us tonight, 'cause a lot of you have been waiting outside for a long time... but there's no place we'd rather be in the first few days of this record coming out. Those lights in the back are pretty light... (I think, can't really hear again)"

She was fairly chatty. She talked a lot about how much Change means to her for instance. Happy to be back in NYC. She said she saw all the pics of the people camping out in line and said they were crazy lmao.
