 Don’t think this is happening since they’re besties. I love her work with Jack when both of their « uniqueness’s » meet, like on VB, A&W and many others. But ngl, I prefer albums where other producers are involved too. Ocean Blvd was « well balanced » in that regard and this album (whatever name it will have) could be as well.

We know Drew Erickson did the strings for this one just like for Henry, but that's about it.

My prediction for Bluebird is that it's gonna be a serene, lullaby-ish Sirens-esque acoustic guitar led song in the same vein as Cherry Blossom and Sweet Carolina, but with a lot more pizzazz and depth. I hope we hear more of the strings and orchestra, especially the harp.

Tbh I think it's cool that we don't have snippet or info about blue bird sound, I remember how amazing my first experience listening to A&W was, when the beat dropped and I was sitting shocked for a few minutes. I wish I could get the same feelings with blue bird, if it's actually coming next week since she deleted the post

Have you ever heard of the artist Mallrat? She has an album from 2022 titled Butterfly Blue and it’s really really amazing! You should check it out

I feel like her second singles are almost always more bombastic (relatively) than the first. The first tends to be more of an introduction to the album, I’ve noticed. Think Honeymoon and Blue Banisters.

 

I don’t think it will be a pop bop or anything, but a more folk rock-driven track would be cool.
