I had a dream last night too. Martin Luther King was giving a speech. "I have a dream, that one day Lana Del Rey will release an album with a true release date and true promotion. I have a dream that there will be no social media drama. I have a dream today". (Like I said it was just a dream)

Is tomorrow the countdown date? It has been so long it seems like a fantasy. When the album drops between the reviews, the controversy and the album itself I will need a mental health month just to decompress. As someone said I hope lanaboards has the horsepower for this!

It is odd how she pops up all over the map. Tomorrow she'll be in Texas throwing snowballs and laughing. Then she'll catch hell for it.

Happy Birthday Born to Die. Crazy that I became a huge fan at my age. I have had the good fortune to see Lana 5 times and start my own YouTube channel. Lanaboards has been been a big part of it. Love to you all. I had no idea it would be such a crazy journey. I am most pleased that BTD is continually being discovered by new audiences.

Yes she should just shut up. In general. Make music, make videos. Nothing in her actions indicates to me that she is racist or a bad person. She is too sensitive and has these bizzare outbursts and responses. Old news at this point. This is how she is. I keep hoping things will go smoothly then like Lucy and Charlie Brown the football gets pulled out of the way. Deja vu all over again.

Her comment was the funniest thing I ever read. (I just saw it now) Don't be mad at her. It looks like she is from the UK and may not be familiar with how we Americans categorize everyone. No offense from me either.

As usual it's tough to keep up with what's going on. It appears that a video is dropping and there is a track list for the album. There is an album cover which many are discussing. I am more interested in the album itself which should come out before I die. Oh and then there is an unsolicited statement by her majesty, AGAIN. I am a white man but even I cringed when she says she has always been inclusive and her best friends and boyfriends were rappers. OUCH! Anyway here is an excellent take on this.

I couldn't be happier. It's not even 11:00 EST. I didn't watch the whole thing maybe the last half hour and Lana delivered. OK that filter thing through Silent Night was a bit distracting but her voice, WOW!!!!!

This whole video (of Lana) could well become a Christmas classic. It has such a nice holiday vibe.
