There's actually quite a few countries who have a beauty standard that would fit a bigger person. A few African countries, Islands states in the Pacific and some more. USA ain't even in the top 10 of that list. Attraction is more than looks. I don't think anyone should provide you with "proof" of something when you've been spilling nonsense without any "proof" yourself. Anyways, love the new song from Troye <3. I think the video is perfect, fun & sexy

I don't know why we are calling 5 sentences an essay now and we're calling random strangers "sis" or "babe", but work I guess Well jokes are also supposed to be funny you know. I'm sorry to hear you suffer from CFS and having people afflict themselves with certain diseases is annoying, but we shouldn't assume those things with no further knowlegde and mock/joke about that in my opinion.

It's not funny to joke about these things. Mainly about a chronic disease that has had a lot of problems with getting recognized as real and has been fighting to get proper treatment available. ME is pretty serious and I wish her well. I'm worried about her post that she feels like she can "push through it" and "just heal". But I believe it could be misguided positvity and reassurance to the fans that she will continue making music. She should just take her time and be mindful of her health.
  6. I wore diamonds for the day of our wedding For our day in the sun On the same day, my mother-to-be said she wouldn't come It's always been that way with me No time for change, no time for fun It's always been that way, it seems One love begins, one comes undone I'm going down now With all of my Fine china and fresh linen All of my dresses with them tags still on them Fine china and dull silver My white horses and my ivory almonds I guess they really got the best of us, didn't they? They said that love was enough, but it wasn't The Earth shattered, the sky opened The rain was fire, but we were wooden

Blue Banisters It's really hard and it's very close. Ocean Blvd is still on a rise for me at this moment, but could either go up to be my fave or go down over time. Honeymoon is a masterpiece but it's slowness does make that I wouldn't listen to it a lot. Lust for Life is a little too all over the place and BB has some experimental things I don't vibe with.

I think Froot is also loved for the sentiment. It kinda felt like a full circle moment for Marina and her fans. The roll out of the album was great (with the froot of the month), she made the album on her own, she made peace with no going fully commercial & lyrically Happy is a song that adds to the full circle moment of Marina being in a happier place herself. Overall I've always ranked the albums like: TFJ > EH > Froot > ADIAMW > L&F TFJ & EH are musically really really good, putting TFJ is because I personally enjoy the more indie/newwave sound over the full pop. Froot has some really high peaks with the title track & Happy, but also has some skips (weeds, better than that, gold). The lyrics and music seems to become a bit more basic than her first two albums ADIAMW has actually less skips but is a little bit on the nose with the lyrics at times. But I don't dislike any of the songs on there. L&F is just basic pop. Handmade heaven, To be human & End of the earth are nice. The other songs ain't terrible, it's just not on the same level as her other work.
  9. She's pretty well known, I guess mostly in certain parts of the culture. And she's really good live!
  10. It's sold out Missed it out on presale & regular sale. Insane amount of people

I've been jamming to this remix and just took a quick look in this thread, seems like i'm the only one who really likes the remix I like the weirdness, the weird high girly voice, the weird lyrics, it's pretty iconic.

Same for Obessions actually. Mowgli's road was the "official" lead single.
