i decided to listen to all of them before making another post but i will say that there is another album that managed to sneak its way past music box to the bottom i don't think i need to say what it is a lot of people seem to hate it

babyface sessions (i'd assume late 1996? these were the earliest ones) - i'll be gone - never love a stranger rick nowels sessions (early 1997) - no substitute for love (very very different early demo of "drowned world") - revenge - like a flower - gone gone gone - alone again (later given to kylie) - little star (demo) - the power of goodbye (demo) - to have and not to hold (demo) patrick leonard sessions (early 1997, after the rick ones) - be careful - you'll stay (later / fleshed out version of "like a flower") - flirtation dance (early version of "skin") - regfresando william orbit sessions (mid to late 1997) - don't think we have any completely new tracks, mostly demos of songs that were released on ray of light

well a. i think they mean before the album proper and b. they're not including covers so white dress tulsa jesus freak wild at heart dark but just a game not all who wander are lost yosemite breaking up slowly dance till we die black bathing suit if you lie down with me beautiful violets for roses dealer sweet carolina (15 if you include interlude) so it's actually less than 16 nnn

i actually think that has to be works really well as a closer - no other changes to the album just adding on HTB as #14 like how the japanese release is it's like the sunshine coming out after mer girl's storm and also brings it full circle back to drowned world
-
like it's not a little depressing already
-
you know a madonna era is gonna be fantastic when she brings out the dark hair

with CD's i like collecting them because i actually enjoy listening to them, as well of the fact that i find them charming i tend to not usually collect vinyl but if i do buy vinyl it's either because it's not available on CD, supporting the artist, or there's something exclusive about it (such as an alternative cover or something) i usually only buy merch i would wear

also for those who aren't in ~ the know ~ bubbling under is basically a separate chart done by billboard for songs that don't quite reach the hot 100 on their first run but may have the potential to reach it it's essentially an extension of the hot 100, so for example if someone got a #7 hit on bubbling under it's essentially the equivalent of a #107 hit the main reason why it's a separate chart is that it's mainly used to highlight songs that have the potential to become bigger hits - if a song has reached the hot 100 even if it was a #100 position it cannot chart on bubbling under

sadly no but even then the fact that we know ANYTHING about folklore is something considering that we know zilch about 1989, evermore & midnights
-
weren't some songs on evermore originally meant for folklore?
