I went grocery shopping today and Summertime Sadness was playing in the supermarket, almost five years after its release! Timeless classic!

I just realized that I've been singing That's So Us wrong all this time. Turns out it's "we've been a wreck together" and not... oh well, please kill me.

One of her most beautiful songs ever. I know it's called Summertime Sadness, but it makes me happy haha. It's fascinating to me how she managed to write a song that is catchy enough to get stuck in your head, but that you still don't get tired of listening to. I'm glad that it was so successful all over Europe (the original, not that sh*tty remix America apparently needed to appreciate it) because, as I mentioned earlier in this thread, Summertime Sadness and later on Blue Jeans turned me into a Lana fan. My favorite part is "Got my bad baby by my heavenly side/I know if I go, I'll die happy tonight", her vocals sound so beautiful there. Also, I think the extended radio mix should have replaced the album version; with that gorgeous outro, it would have been the perfect closing track for the album.

It really is, it's such a shame that so many people don't seem to like Without You, Radio and, of course, Lucky Ones! It is such a beautiful song, the lyrics are really cute and she just sounds so in love in this song. The demo is great too.

Radio is just such a beautiful song, also it's also super catchy IMO. I especially love her sweet, happy voice in Radio, there are not many songs in which she sounds like that.

I don't think her SNL performance of Blue Jeans was that bad. I mean, yes, she has improved a lot since then, but it's not like it was unlistenable or anything.

I hate the fact that it's an iTunes exclusive track. I wish it were included on any physical edition, even if it were just a promo CD or a Japanese deluxe edition or something, then I could at least spend a fortune and import it. If Lana ever releases some kind of greatest hits album, I hope Burning Desire will be on it.

I don't mind her covers, especially Summer Wine and Chelsea Hotel No. 2 are really good, but I'd rather she just put them on YouTube and not on her albums.
