which is interesting cause yesterday she liked Lana’s post and when I checked today she apparently unliked it

    Lady Gaga

I've been trying to figure out who's behind the visuals, would you be so kind and give me their names?

    Lady Gaga

It‘s not a far stretch to think she‘s inspired by those artists and the hyperpop „scene“ in general. I honestly saw something like this coming the day we got word she worked with SOPHIE. She does not half-ass these things. If she knows what she‘s doing she also knows that branch of pop music will work for her as her shtick has always been about pop, artifice, commercialism, authenticity and identity. So to me it‘s kind of the only logical point for her to pick pop music up again. I‘m excited.

    Charli XCX

i‘m so sad, last week was so stressful and brought me down so much that i couldn‘t make it to yesterday‘s concert in cologne and now i‘ll probably have to wait several years to see her again also, might be a dumb question bit did the believe cover studio version ever leak?

    Kim Petras

I mean there is a slight difference in the pronunciation of the consonant 's' since it's more of a soft 's' in Sechs and a sharper one in sex but you wouldn't really hear the difference on a produced track like that

    Kim Petras

though quite different, the spooky interlude beats always remind me of gaga‘s monster ball interludes, imagine that level of production for a kim petras show the album slaps but i wish they had chosen a still from the teaser as the artwork, like the pink hand with lightning striking behind it kind of like the lq screenshots I put in the spoiler. would have made so much sense to use an elevated version of the vol 1 artwork to complete this project. the green makes the choice of the pink nails feel so arbitrary and less iconique. especially with those pink shadows still on the hand
  7. the album was on in a cute café i was having breakfast at yesterday. sitting there it was the first time that i fully enjoyed htd's production. so so cosy

i think she‘s on something and it worries me. even if we assumed the accusations she‘s doing this for attention were true, it‘d still be troubling to see this break of character from her. to suddenly feel this deep shame after being so sex positive/enthusiastic for years and her sudden nastiness raises questions about her mental health that i wouldn’t take lightly. just like the suicide situation a few months ago, she just seems to snap. i hope family & friends reach out to her

    Charli XCX

it‘s obviously so really embarrassing that twitter stans are attacking her for the setlist, that being said, i really hope she‘ll add unlock it to the setlist and maybe focus and lipgloss, a gay can dream
  11. happy birthday huntymoon, i'll never find the words to describe how much I love this album. from the lq snippets i listened to at night before its official release to experiencing the whole thing in hq. to this day i kind of regret not having waited to hear it in hq for the first time, a mistake i never repeated since then lol. it's my favorite album of hers. it's airy and weightless but has substance, it's dreamy yet so unsettling, sometimes even threatening. it's also the album that kept me company while moving out of my parents' house and leaving my hometown

it‘s 2019 and she‘s still asked the synesthesia question and she‘s visibly sick of it

  18. i was about to tell you LFL opens with strings but then i remembered that i‘m constantly repressing the fact that 13 beaches is not the opener
  19. i appreciate that this time around miss grant does a way better job at mingling the personal with the contemporary/worldly. you could argue she's doing that in a more general sense through the theme of male narcissism. imo it gets even even better with the picture she's painting of an apocalyptic burning california that ties in so well with her introspective storytelling, considering burning landscapes and sudden destruction of things that took years developing have become prominent motifs of our times. that's miles ahead of l4l's almost abrupt separation of autobiography and politics. speaking of california, it moved me how on this record the dreamy la/california she has built on the last few records is beginning to crumble as she shares quite a few retrospective sentiments about new york and just gives me the overall feeling of having arrived at a certain point in california. i mean she never reduced that place to a one-dimensional paradise and i'm not expecting her to turn her back or something, i just like the way her tone and storytelling are shifting
  20. in my mind bartender could very well be on hm or uv, especially on the latter since it‘d go well with is this happiness and old money
