Anyway, pretty happy about the album, for real. It's funny how Coachella is the... "breaking point" of the record and then all the songs come in such an acoustic\driven way. It's just amazing. I'm so happy

throwback to when everybody hated Get Free and now it's one of the best songs.

I had never heard of Sean Ono Lennon before this, and I didn't check out his music before hearing TNC which I'm glad about because when I heard it it was such a pleasant surprise? I mean I don't have an interest in hearing his solo music, but his voice sounded great alongside Lana's! And TNC is a really beautiful track, so emotional! I'm really glad they made this track!

Isn't it crazy how radically different a lot of our opinions are on this album? Usually I think we can agree on a few songs that are obvious standouts but LFL is just filled with standouts and hardly any filler (unlike honeymoon   ) that it's so difficult to choose   truly some of her best work 

Btw I'm really surprised that Lana managed to have a diverse but yet cohesive album at the same time. Didn't expect that it will work out that well.

I think the references work because isn't the album supposed to be partly about how the past ties into the future? Idk

So finally I've listened to the album too – wow, I didn't expected to be blown away like that! I usually don't totally like Lana's albums at first listen but LFL is an instant hit for me. My favorites have to be 13 beaches, Heroin and Get free. The only song I didn'tlike at all is Summer Bummer but 15 good songs on one album is phenomenal anyway. And I love the crisp and powerful production of the songs and the atmosphere which is a bit more relaxed but still dark and melancholic. Just pure Lana.

After listening to all the tracks, hands down, Cherry is my favorite, but I figured it would be.  The cuss bombs are icing on the cake.
 
I'm still pondering how this album ranks compared to the others, but dear God I love it.  I can't wait until I get home tonight and enjoy this on my nice speakers with a bottle of wine...

Maybe it was because of the questions of the Pitchfork guy that she opened up so much, I don't know.
