  1. the fact that you really guessed something so random and specific is wild LOL good job!!
  2. Imagine if near the end of the album Lana returns to the tunnel under Ocean Blvd in another song and has it opened and filled with art and life again, ensuring that it will never be forgotten just like her
  3. Maybe the song starts simple with her asking her grandfather to protect her father while he's at sea, but then progresses to having the sea being a bit of a metaphor and she asks her grandfather or maybe grandmother as well to protect her in the stormy sea of her own that she's facing.
  4. I kinda love the deep sea fishing title, you just know it's going to be an emotional stunner
  5. I think the closing track is going to sample Video Games I predict that the song starts with the piano intro of Video Games to knock us down with emotional nostalgia before spinning off into something completely wild
  6. Thank you!! It's okay I feel close to Lana each year with the feeling of undeserved rejection from my peers
  7. Maybe the sample is the outro from The Greatest, it seems like she's sampling a bunch of different piano
  8. I don't think I've been as excited for any release ever as I am for this album (except maybe Twin Peaks season 3)
  9. I personally don't find The Trip that random. Sonically when compared to the album maybe but it worked well as a mic drop after Arcadia and also as a demanding of attention for Black Bathing Suit, the two songs that really explore her hurt feelings from the public. I think she really wanted those messages to be heard and The Trio heightens both songs in a way. I'm hoping the pastor interlude does something similar and its placement makes sense.
  10. I'm also relieved that the music sets an unsettling eerie tone for the sermon, this sounds much more promising than a cheesy inspirational moment.
