What I love most about the title is how random and out there it is, like Lana really is going for whatever she wants on this album and she doesn't give a shit what people think about it
Imagine if near the end of the album Lana returns to the tunnel under Ocean Blvd in another song and has it opened and filled with art and life again, ensuring that it will never be forgotten just like her
Maybe the song starts simple with her asking her grandfather to protect her father while he's at sea, but then progresses to having the sea being a bit of a metaphor and she asks her grandfather or maybe grandmother as well to protect her in the stormy sea of her own that she's facing.
I think the closing track is going to sample Video Games I predict that the song starts with the piano intro of Video Games to knock us down with emotional nostalgia before spinning off into something completely wild
