Lana is established and iconic enough to not worry too much about streams and sales anymore. Her fan base is massive and she's going for a legacy long beyond her lifetime, not immediate success on the pop charts. She is going to be fine. I am so grateful that she cares way more about creating timeless art than keeping up with current trends. People can complain all they want about her recent music being "boring" but quick reactions like that are irrelevant in the long run, Chemtrails and the three new singles we've gotten are beautiful art that will age very well and be regarded as important moments in her creative output.

I don't think that applies to Lana. She's an icon with a huge fanbase around the world that will stick with her forever. I'm fine with a title change but "she removed most of the originally planned songs" is deeply confusing.

There is nothing safe or muted about NFR. It's complex, dark, warm, emotional, and thrilling. An absolutely gorgeous work of art from start to finish.
