Have any of you ever looked at a forum that does not have private sections and it's filled with Britney downloads, ranging from a cappella versions, instrumentals, unreleased songs, demos, lives and stuff? I remember visiting one a long time ago which I managed to find most of the unreleased, and now I think I want to collect the instrumentals. I can't find it anywhere, does any of you know what I'm talking about?

"Break the Ice (Demo)" by Britney Spears.

No, Barrie likes that.

I am very, very happy that you got to meet her! Congratulations!

I love them so much, I have both of their albums and some b-sides here. I think it's a pity that her second album is so underwhelming, though... It slightly annoys me because if I don't count "Angels," "Chained" and "Fiction," then I can't really differ one track from the other, at all. I love their debut so much, I wish that when we get a third album, it sounds more like that!

Her legs look so huge.

I love that, she looks classy.

ME TOO! The emoticons in this forum are teaching me lessons on how-to-have-other-facial-expressions-other-than-simply-smiling-because-I-don't-want-to-be-rude-but-I-am-too-blasé-to-laugh.

I like the old ones the better. I like knowing the way she used to talk about things when she had not made it big yet. I like the Pitchfork interview a lot!

What I find funny and interesting in the whole story is that, as you mentioned, her music seems to be all about her, yet people are able to relate to it because it's just too down-to-earth and real. What she puts out in her songs is real and the whole feeling is real too (I can't stand how people still think she's fake), so even if she is telling her stories, what she has been through and her sentiments, I am sure many people can sublimate their feelings and feel comfortable by looking at their fears and problems from another point of view. My fear of death, for example, is really softened every time I think about it from Lana's perspective. I am the same way when I think about the reason of life and stuff like that. She just states her opinion and her personal views, and it's great because people can actually apply them in their personal lives and help themselves when trying to solve their struggles.

"(You Drive Me) Crazy (The Stop Remix!)" by Britney Spears.

It's a pity, because in my opinion the first mix-tape is way better than the second.

I don't think I've ever dreamed of Lana.

Minor General Questions that Don't Deserve Their Own Thread
Jord replied to Monicker's topic in Lana Thoughts
It's Del Rey all the way. -
Death in any way is something very unpleasant for me to think about. It's just the fear of the unknown (which is sort of silly, because none of us knows what happens when we die), and when it's about others dying, it's the fear of losing someone you really love.

I like the other cover a lot too, it never bothered me. I like this one much better, though, because as you said, it's higher quality and I think iTunes looks a lot nicer with it. I just replaced it.
-
One of my biggest fears in life is definitely death. I feel comfortable when I listen to some of her tracks because she deals with it beautifully, and some of the things she say in interviews and the way she thinks about stuff makes me feel fine. Sharing so many thoughts is one of the reasons I love her so much.
-
I don't think any of the tracks on the mix-tapes should be on the album. Specially "Grins" because we already have it in full and high quality. It's a pity that she's (or rather the label) is wasting the opportunity to include new songs and make the track list more interesting.
-
I think I am going to replace the Sirens artwork for this too: All artworks for it are fan-made, aren't they?
-
Thank you for translating the interview. I find it funny how I deal about things so similarly to Lana, when it comes to death and being shy.
-
I hope the track list is fake too... I mean, it would be nice if the singles were on the album, but they'd left few space for new songs. Didn't Charli say she "wasn't sure" that "You're the One" would make it?
