I don't play with cheats, I think they make the game much less attractive. I am able to become extremely wealthy with my own job and then the helicopter comes to gimme a ride because I'm cool like that.

Not only that they spent too much time on detail, but to me it seems that what EA has done is much more about the money than what Maxis used to do back in the day, and they seemed to do it for love. You can see that even if the previous games are (obviously) less produced, they are done with more quality. Bugs are way too constant in Sims 3, which doesn't happen in Sims 2 whatsoever. Now you are obligated to update some stuff so that you can install expansion packs. Now you have this Sims 3 Store that they promote so much and isn't even that cool. I don't know if it happens in other countries but here the games don't even come with manuals or anything like that, just the CD and advertisement sheets. There are tons of expansion packs and stuff packs when they usually had 8 and people don't even talk about Sims 4. These are some of the reasons why to me Sims 3 is inferior. Talking about story lines: Am I the only one that used to play Sims 2 like one week (their time) with each family and tried to carry the story on with Pleasantview? I married Dina to Mortimer, and Don and Cassandra broke up so I married her to the guy that was in love with her, I married Daniel to Kaylynn and Mary-Sue was gone, etc.? Talking about summertime sadness: Am I the only one who gets very, very emotional at the point of wanting to cry every time I see or hear something about Sims 1 and 2? I don't know, it's just that I love the games so much and they bring me a feeling of nostalgia so all I wish is that I could rewind time and play them 24/7 when I wasn't busy as fuck and worrying about other things.

I want to live in this thread forever with all of you. Yes, I am a huge fan too! I have all the expansion packs for The Sims 1, 2 and 3 and I have played this game for about 10 years now. I still remember the very first time I played The Sims 2. I entered the paradise that is Pleasantview and then read the story of all the families and then checked the Goth family which is just so infamous and perfect. My favorite families ever are on The Sims 2 too. Caliente and Goth (from this version of the game) and Pleasant slay lives. The Sims 2 > The Sims 1 > The Sims 3. It's not that the third game is bad or anything, but in terms of being special to me, I'd rate them in this order. I stan so hard. I check fan-sites everyday. And am I the only one who say that there was a Sims 4 Easter Egg on University Life? Some sites posted it!

Does anyone here also stan a lot for The Sims and saw that there was an Easter Egg in University Life that probably refers to The Sims 4? That slew me so hard.

The only cool thing about it (at least to me) is that we're probably getting a lossless version of it... besides that, well, it's okay.

If I told you titles, I would be pretending to be a know-it-all when I can't confirm anything. I can confirm that the titles they came up with are unreal because I would've known if the songs were called like that. There are known song titles that are not registered anywhere but they are all old tracks, all the new songs whether have not registered or we don't know. I am pretty convinced "Pretty Dull" is on the album! I think that during the SXSW performance, when the guy played some sort of instrumental, Sky hummed something and said "pretty dull."

It's a shame how most of the Tumblrs about Sky take advantage of snippets and leaks posted elsewhere and like taking the credit for being the first leaker. I have nothing against Sky Ferreira Source, but they're a very good example of it. They posted tons of things as if they were new tracks and spread fake rumors. They must not stan hard enough to know most of their leaks have been posted by Sky herself but deleted afterwards, and they're stupid enough to believe those titles are real. "Nip Tuck" isn't called that, "Breaking Away" isn't called that, "What If Love Was a Stranger" isn't called that, and so on.
