Yeah I'd like that too bu there is a difference between dark/sad don't you think? Like the lyrics of National Anthem, specially the bridge are really dark,but not sad. That song is amazing, the chorus is really unique But just to avoid being off-topic: I can't wait to compare Ultraviolence with Paradise and see how much my baby has grown! Really curious about the lyrics, although I hope not all of the songs will be completely depressed in their lyrics....(4-6 would be enough )

All too well is one of the best songs on that album

I remember that interview too, it was back in 2012. She basically said she isn't happy with how the production turned out on the song, that's all I can remember about it...her only comment on TIWMUG

When others told her the album needed to be "bigger and better" what do you think they meant? Bigger, as in more commercially successful? I can't think of something else... And then she said no, it needs to be more personal. How can that even be, Dark Paradise, BJ, VG, SS seem pretty damn personal to me....

Of course she would be good for radio. But will they add her to their list of songs, or play her at all? That's the question.....

WC didn't affect my opinion on OTTR...it's a great song though, I'll have to listen to it now... Those vocal shifts she does are so amazing, if she is capable of that I hope she'll utilize it more in the upcoming songs
