It could be because she was really feeling this one. We all know how the quality of her performances, how she sings, greatly depends on the mood she is in, she always says "it depends on the day". I'm sure she really felt this song, it fits her personality so much. Even though she says Video Games is her in a song, this could also be...just the more vulnerable, more loving part of her. (instead of the Dark Queen Lana is )

That is how it is. She talked about it in an interview. On BTD she wrote every all the lyrics, except for one line in DMD and that's it. And then she has her group of 3 people who do the other stuff, melody and arrangement and stuff like that

Daamn, what's with you people in this thread? I had no idea the TS3 hate was so intense, I loved those games! I loved how you can find those rocks and bugs/butterflies and the ghost interactions were flawless, great expansions packs as well. And the characters just looked so good, the hair coloring was awesome and the whole game flowed so well. I personally loved it, and I hope 4 will be great too, although I don't see myself spending that much time with a game now, but we'll see
